We stayed at Black Bear with another couple in the two main floor guest rooms. With the weather being a bit rainy, we made good use of the beautiful common area with the cozy couches and fire place. Bobbi and Jay have a spectacular home and, with the help of their charming little girl Auley, made us feel very welcome....

This was our second trip to Tofino where we spent a couple of nights at the Black Bear. Bobbie and Jay have a beautiful home in a spectacular location, and both of our breakfasts were delicious. Fresh-baked bread, homemade granola, lots of fruit, and special breakfasts for our toddler. They are excellent hosts!

Great service and amazing hosts! Definitely staying here again. This fantastic house comes with an unbelievable view and a great location. Bobbi, Jay, and their lovely daughter were very helpful and welcoming. The home made breakfast was also amazing... everything was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Bobbi, Jay, and Auley made us feel very welcome. Our family of 4 stayed in the two main floor rooms. Both rooms were clean and had big, bright windows. We went surfing at close by Chesterman Beach (walking distance) and Jay built us a fire so we could roast s'mores! Breakfast was lovely. Highly recommended.

Great B&B in Tofino with very charming and helpful hosts. The house is a very beautiful and modern place right on the inland water. There is a great shared living room and kitchen area where you can hang out and make yourself a cup of tea in the evening. In the morning they serve an all home made delicious breakfast....

We stayed for 1 night in this beautiful B&B. The location is just great, the house sits right on the water with a beautiful view over peaceful Jensens bay. And it is just a short walk to Chesterman beach. The owners and their helper Theresa are superfriendly and make you feel right at home. We will definetively come back.

We lucked into this guesthouse at the last minute. The owners were away but Theresa managed all the guests beautifully. She made blueberry pancakes for breakfast. It's across the highway from Chesterman Beach which is great to walk even on a foggy day. I'd return to this guesthouse in a flash.

Our stay at the Black Bear Guesthouse was excellent. Welcoming hosts. wonderful views over the bay, great breakfasts, lovely bathrooms, great bedroom, excellent location. If you're a vegetarian, it's worth reminding the chef a couple of times so you can avoid the lovely sausages, but these are small potatoes....
