We stayed just one night at the Ramada on our trip from Prince Rupert to Jasper by train. The hotel is modern, the rooms are quite large and everything is very clean. We had a late dinner at their restaurant. It offers excellent food at a surprisingly moderate price. Very friendly server. The reception staff too was very friendly and...

Great price for a beautiful room! They work with Brides & Grooms to host weddings, they work with your budget and the catering is amazing! My husband and I were very pleased with Tanya Tinker and her team for helping us with our wedding ceremony, wedding reception, block of hotel rooms for guests, our wedding night room, and the reception...

This hotel is located right in town. There are restaurants in the area although not a lot of shopping. The room is large and updated, the shower is not in a separate room but separated by a glass wall. The air conditioner is great (it's an old style rectangular wall mounted unit), bed was firm, and room was very clean....

Prince George is not (with respect) the prettiest of BC's many fabulous cities. The Ramada is not located in the finest part of the city. It's a near neighbour to the local courthouse and quite a few bars. Some say lone females should not walk the nearby streets alone after dark. There is no on site eat in facilities for...

The hotel is nice and it the rooms are updated and modern. The location is a little scary with the drug addicts walking out front looking for money. Did see the RCMP cruising the area on a regular basis.

I was here on business for a week and I didn't pick the hotel. It's right downtown so close to where I needed to be. From the outside it's rather unimpressive but the interior's been renovated. Quick check in. I was upgraded to a king bed. Bedding was white and fluffy, spacious shower with good pressure and consistent heat, flat...

We were in room 310. Do not take that room if you need quiet to sleep. You are right next to the elevator, and while the elevator doesn't make much noise ALL the chatty drunks will be walking down the hall at 3 am. You are also right next to the gym, which doesn't close till 11pm. The thumping that...

Stayed here July 2016 Saturday night stay, $200 for a King room. Check in was a little slow due to the fact that the person before me was awful chatty, asking lots of questions and proceeded with another booking. Waited about 10 minutes. Reception staff was very accommodating and assisted that person very well even though he knew I was...

We did the Via Rail trip from Jasper, AB to Prince Rupert, BC (to see the sights and eventually catch a ferry). The trip requires an overnight stop in Prince George, so we booked a room at the Ramada Plaza; it's a short walk to and from the train station. Unfortunately, Prince George does not have a good reputation, and...
