We came later, and the front seat told us the room window we booked was just above the kitchen fan, so he upgrade us the other room; after a few day, I found they changed me with the upgraded rate not the booked rate, I call the hotel, they fix their mistake immediately with lots apologize.

Very good hotel. Deserves his 4 stars. Rooms are very comfortable, much place in the bath room. Clean. Friendly personnel. You feel good here the moment you come into the hotel. Good location in town. We had a Japanese dinner in the hotel - very good and presented in an original way! I think the personnel gets a special course...

Thank you for choosing the hotel for your stay! Shogun is a special restaurant and something unique to Prince George, the team is very proud of the operation and I think it shows in the way they work and service our guests. We look forward to welcoming you back. David

We had a very lovely stay at this property. Room was very comfortable. Loved the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc - much more eco-friendly than the teensy tiny single-use bottles. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was very good - prime rib special was delicious.

We decided that we could not do Jasper to Prince Rupert in a day and so replanted with a stopover in Prince George. The hotel was simple enough to find. The room on the top floor was large and comfortable with everything required. We ate in Winston's the in house restaurant and had a very good meal that also good...

Thank you for the feedback and yes, September 5th the pool is going to close to a make over. At the same time we'll be updating the pool furniture to ensure that everyone has a great experience. We know this is long overdue, we just wanted to ensure the summer leisure guests had pool access. Dave

I was riding my motorcycle from Maryland to Alaska and decided to stop here based on the reviews. I was about to write my own great review anyway and then something happened that made it even better. First of all the staff was extremely friendly at the front desk, and gave everyone a genuine welcomed feeling. The room was nice...

As a fellow motorcycle enthusiast, I know that long trips can be a little tiring and its so nice when you feel like you just came home when you arrive at a hotel. As you said, its not the norm. Fortunately for me the team in the hotel are our best asset and they try to ensure that every guest...

After a long travel, this was the nicest, fanciest and most enjoyable of treats! Andrien at the front desk gave us the best welcome and service. The room, recently renovated, was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were at the perfect temperature and so relaxing! The restaurant was quiet and nicely furnished and the food was delicious....

Just a short stopover for us. Rooms were nicely renovated, good size, nice bed and linens. Bathroom was fresh and new. AC did not work well but we were too tired to do anything about it. The corridors are just weird (this, from a hotel designer). I haven't seen that color mauve since the 70's. All the public areas need...

Thank you for your feedback on the recent stay, it helps direct resources where they are needed. With the elevator, we begin the replacement process in October, its a bit of a process and in September the pool is being closed for an upgrade. We're constantly working to improve the building, we know we are not there yet, but we...
