My wife and I booked a last minute stay at Abbaes B&B. It was well worth it. We ended up staying in the room with the in-suite bathroom (recommend this). The room was very clean, cozy and did not have trouble having a deep slumber. The next morning, we were treated to a wonderful breakfast with organic fruits and veggies...

This B&B offers nice, clean rooms with good value for money. The included breakfast is unique and delicious! Even though it is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, it is still close to downtown Kelowna.

I would like to start off by highly encouraging any travelers going through Kelowna to consider staying at ABBAES Bed And Breakfast. Priced slightly below the average hotel rates during the month of July, it is a wonderful alternative that offers an unbelievably delicious breakfast, friendly hosts, and well kept living quarters. If I had to criticize, I have only...

This bed and breakfast was one of my favourite places to stay in Kelowna. The house is charming and well-situated within walking distance of downtown while being in a quiet and beautiful area. The breakfast was delicious! The owners also take orders for dinner, which was very affordably priced, and the home cooked Indian meal (butter chicken, tandoori chicken, korma,...

We stayed one night at Abbaes B&B in Kelowna. This B&B is run by a very hospitable Indian family (from India). The host is charming and very eager to meet all of your needs. The breakfast room is open all day with juice, tea and coffee available as well as a computer for guest use. The rooms are in a...

The place is nice, clean, and very well looked after. It has a good, central location, a manicured garden and a convenient parking area. The breakfast is good, with a pleasant presentation. I suggest offering a variety of cereals and to place small yogurt portions in the fridge. Nice omelette and chicken wrap. The spacious King room has a very...

We have been to Kelowna twice in the past few months and stayed at three different locations - Abbaes bed and Breakfast is the one! The location is terrific, within walking distance of everything!. The B and B is located in the lower level and has a private entrance, offers spacious rooms all with private bath. The rates were excellent,...

We stayed at Abbaes for two nights. Location wise it is excellent. We were offered the use of bikes by the owners to use during but did not take this up as it was raining during our stay. The rooms are in the basement so no views from a small window at ground level also quite dark. Our room was...
