Horrible. The room they tried to give us was filthy! The rug covered in big stains. The curtains shredded at the ends. The patio/balcony was covered with bird fesses. The patio screen door fell off the track when we tried opening it. Pieces of bread on the kitchen floor. It

This property is a great deal! The condo (villa) had a huge updated kitchen, large terrace over looking the lake, a fireplace, huge bathroom and was super clean. The location is so nice-quiet-right on the lake. The drive there is also amazing-with bighorn sheep on the cliffs and

3 bedroom spacious comfortable condo. Overlooking the lake, area has many outdoor possibilities, lots of trails, a playground for smaller children. Being an off season November week, the resort was very quiet. Six of us (3 adults and 3 children) thoroughly enjoyed our mini-vac

This was our first trip to this area so there was a lot to see and enjoy. The unit we stayed in at the Lake Okanagan Resort was old and not refurbished. That aside, we had a fabulous time walking the trails right out the door and driving to neighboring quaint towns along the wa

When is the internet going to get fixed at the resort. It has not worked since September 2017. Thank you for responding
Internet was confined to Check-in Area only due to non payment. That was back in Sept 2017. I recommend going anywhere else.

How often do you clean and remove snow so the extreamly steep roads are clear? We were told by the Management that the resort does not pay the maintence man that well to do his job properly and all guess must walk on the road to get around. The management do not clean or de ice anything. Many guest have fallen do to extreamly dangerus ice not being removed on roads and pathways. The management is under. I am extreemly disapionted in this resort. I have rented here under old management in the past it was a nice place way back then now. From walking and playing golf what I have seen is animal poop from beer to deer poop covering the course. Swimming pool is block off by and closed very dirty. Way to much chemicals in the hot tub it ate my swimming suit in on sitting. The management did not care it made my skin burn for hours after for almist a whole day showing did not help. Ice on all the pathways. Not safe place to come. Owners love the view unfortunatly Over all I would say if there was a business you needed a right off from and you could run it into the ground it this place. I feel the owner is driving the property to the ground and as the snow remover person stated they don't get enought supplies to do there job properly. Over 30 plus year off experience at this resort its in the worst shap ever. Two new building extreamly high cost. 1 bedroom to buy is asking for $299k On the low end building, 1 bedroom asking $105k another 1 bedroom $119k fee strata $346 a month. Condos for sale at mls. This property at the resort has 3 diferent strata and resort management. The resort management told a pregnate lady to walk down steep and danagerous pathway and othe guest. I have personally talked to and seen a pregnate guess fall on the steep stairways and other guest fall on ice. I have seen a father wife and a very young child around age 3 told to walk down steep stairs to go to the building 1 by the water the wife also fell down. When they left the hotle would not shuttle them up the road the husband had to walk there stuff up ice pathways. My spouce fell the down the stair My 8 daughter slipped on the icy roads a hurt herself. The management only after Jan 8 taped of the spa area pathways and said all guest must walk to or take there vechical to the areas. Anoter guest that rents said called a tow truck the tow truck driver would not drive down and pull his car back up top. This after they plowed the roads at 11am he lost another day off work I had seen beers in Jenny truck. I had seen beers on patio. I heard the managment state that a beer picked up a full freezer and threw the freezer at James the night security man - at the beach teaky bar. I had seen 8 diferent beers at the resort since I've been renting. Beers are in all the parking areas. We had to back up quickly- we ran into a mother beer in Jen truck and her two cubs. When my daughter screamed and said beer we were two cars away from the beers. That beer incident freaked out my daughter she never saw a approx 800 pound beer before that closely. We were lucky the car hehind us did not now why we were backing up and did not move. He was listining music and could not see us around the corner. They he finely looked up he saw me rawl down my wind and scream beers back up then he looked saw beers then we back up. We spoke to the Kelowna conservation office they said the resort never did report the happenings of the beers untill us guest complained. The resort did not clean the stairs untill it stopped snowing 3 weeks snow started in Dec step cleaned Jan 5 or 6 after. I was shocked first person that shoveled anything was a guest a renter the hotel management only responded after these incidence I and other told them about and only after guest got hurt. The hotel-resort- management they don't care. Manager Said We only have to snow plow once every 24 hour. They come at 7 am after snow plow leaves cars and trucks are still stuck The resort says it a libility to shuttle people around they do not shuttle people around or if you rent from a strata. Services over all the staff can only do what they can do. A new manager just come onbord at resort. Mid Jan 2018 and she does not care about guest thats my feelings. Be safe I give the resort a terrible review a 1 based on all facts I have experience and seen. This place under old mangement once was a 5 but not now. I feel to the New owner of the Resort this place is now owned for the meer reason a right of resort and not the strata investors the condo owner are safted. Cheers.
Any good road cycling routes nearby?
NO the roads are not safe streets are highly salted and many accidents on bike on westside roads. no side walks.

Is the boil water advisory still in place? What are the road closures other reports are referring to? Are there laundry facilities?
