Stayed here recently on business. Rooms are standard and clean. However, if you wish some quiet or turn in early after a long day at work, try somewhere else. There are two pubs on the street, one below and one directly across. The music is on continuously. I stayed Wednesday and Thursday nights. Both nights, music was on and at...

Stayed here for 5 nights. First I'm going to mention the negatives. Loading zone is in the front, which I wished there was a ramp, so I wouldn't have to lift our heavy luggages. 2nd I must of been tired as we arrived late and parking instruction was kinda confusing. Eventually the next morning after a comfortable night sleep I...

We stayed here while we were vendors at a nearby Christmas Market. The front desk was very helpful and provided us with underground parking as we had art in our vehicle to keep safe. We enjoyed the breakfast which was cold continental but had some items like mini quiche which you could heat up yourself. It was very close to...

We stayed here 1 night on the way to Vancouver. Wonderful location, comfortable beds, good block out curtains and the breakfast! So many options and even had takeaway coffee cups so you can get another caffeine hit on the way out the door. It is a continental breakfast so there is no hot breakfast food but still a bagel with...

Quaint hotel but the rooms are separated by paper! It is so noisy in the hallways! Great location otherwise. Did not take advantage of the breakfast. Certainly not a luxury stay but beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

Dear Suesaw, We are very sorry that you experienced anything less than a super comfortable stay with us. Unfortunately, we had 2 very noisy groups in the hotel this past weekend, that caused more than their fair share of noise. Combined with too much alcohol, it seems both a Fraternity & hockey group lost all consideration & respect for fellow...

The hotel room was clean, well equipped (had a fridge) and was fairly quiet. Being downtown has advantages and disadvantages. Noise was not an issue as I stayed there off season. In the summer I can imagine it'd be noisier. Parking was accessed through a small alley I missed the first time and there wasn't a lot of it. Only...

Dear Ipema58, We're grateful to have had the opportunity to accommodate you on your most recent trip to Kelowna, and sincerely thank you for your 4* star review! As you've pointed out, there are advantages & disadvantages to staying anywhere really, but we firmly believe the pros far outweigh the cons with our fantastic downtown location. Yes, it can get...

From check in to check out we had a great experience at the Royal Anne, the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Our king room had great views of Okanagan Lake and the marina, the location is ideal to walk to the park, any number of restaurants, pubs, or entertainment venues. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've...

I recently had a skiing accident at Big White. My wife stayed at the Royal Anne for a week while I was in hospital. Their help with communicating with the insurance company was invaluable. We subsequently stayed a further week while I was waiting for clearance to fly home to Australia. The management and staff at this hotel are wonderful....

Dear Mr. Lyons, We heartily wish your stay with us, was under less stressful (and painful) circumstances! That we could offer assistance to Maggie in any small way, at such a difficult time, is really the very least we could do. You sir....are a trooper! Your will & determination are to be greatly admired. We're relieved to know you made...

I was told this was a great hotel... well, it is okay + in mid winter we were woken by drunk men outside the hotel window on the main street... there is a bar next to the hotel. The rooms are average. Breakfast is amazing with all kinds of choices.. they get 5/5 for breakfast. Service was ok. Manager grumpy...

Dear Meadow4444, Thank you for your review this morning, I do recall meeting you in our lobby on that frosty day. There was obviously a miscommunication when I responded to your request to override the motion detector & physically close our front doors. I believe I explained that physically closing the door, would actually lock the doors & prevent unregistered...

I'm happy to say this was a good value solution for our long weekend ski trip to Kelowna and Big White. There are options for hotels along the 97, but we were happy to drive the extra 5 minutes to be in the downtown core. Across the street are several coffee shops plus plenty of good restaurants within a block....
