We expected much more with this hotel room. Fireplace never worked, no hand towels or wash cloths, coffee pot was dirty. Room could use some updating. The king size bed and couch were very comfortable. The best part!

Stayed here for one romantic night. Thought we would have a jacuzzi for 2, not the case. Fire place would not work, coffee pot was dirty, bathroom walls needed to be washed, things were "patched" as fixes, room was dated, only provided with 2 bath towels, a hand towel and bath mat. Could have been stocked better. Nothing special. Won't...

Very good hotel, clean and the staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay again. Free access to the public hot springs you just need to ask for the voucher at the front desk. Because of the snow outside there was not that much free parking but the hotel gave us free parking on their underground parking area. I would...

Had a king room with a couch and easy chair, desk, bar fridge, coffe maker tv. Bathroom amenities and hair blower. Room was clean and we had a view of street and in background glimpse of lake. Stayed just 1 night as we had hockey tournament in Hope and chose to stay in Harrison. Cost with taxes $-150.00. The Harrison...

Decent value, good location. I always appreciate hotels that allow dogs for a reasonable price. I left a jacket there and they promptly sent an email to let me know and sent the jacket to me . Would go back.

We did not have a reservation and we spontaneously decided we wanted to stay one night in beautiful Harrison Hot Springs. Upon our arrival we were greeted in a warm manor and offered a great deal on a room.! Both front desk agents (check in and out) were very friendly, offering suggestions on restaurants and hikes to do in the...

Man, what a mistake! I thought I'd booked at the Harrison Hot Springs Resort....I guess it has been years since I'd been to Harrison...and now there are many variations of the name "Harrison Hot Springs", so of course, I booked the wrong hotel! BEWARE! You do NOT want to stay here if you'd planned on staying at an impressive hotel....

Thank you for your insights downtownjandp. We are the Harrison Lake Hotel. The resort is, Harrison Hot Springs Resort. We are a less expensive alternative to stay at the beautiful Harrison Hot Springs, where you can enjoy the springs, lake, and gorgeous surroundings. Sorry to hear your room was less than satisfactory, we will be sure to investigate the light...

We arrived at Harrison Hot springs at night after driving for 9.5 hours from Calgary. The hot springs were recommended by a friend as a stopover. The Harrison spa hotel was charging over $250 for a room with two queen beds, so we drive back down the road to this hotel- Harrison Lake. It was very quiet, no one around...

Thank you for your review Narelle. We have had an unusually cold winter this year with lots of snow. It make the natural souroundings beautiful, but for those who are not prepared can cause a chill. We recommend that everyone visiting us during January bring some warm cloths. We wil be sure to look into this noisy heater and make...
