We have stayed here before and really enjoyed the beautiful scenery and hot springs experience. We went this weekend to celebrate a family birthday and were very happy with the staff, room service food, pet-friendly atmosphere, and great pools. We were unfortunately very disappointed with the noise level in the evenings, and not from children, but "adults." The adult pool...

We had a wonderful get away at this charming old school hotel in a lovely location. A particular treat was the excellent stage band and dance floor for any one who enjoys traditional ball room dancing

Relaxing weekend getaway. The hotsprings were very relaxing and the spa was a perfect way to finish the weekend. The adult pool in the evening was on the louder side but still not too loud that you couldn’t enjoy yourself. Make sure to pack your travel mug if you want to have some drinks while relaxing in the pool.

Beautiful location, terrible check in service. Waited in line for 20 minutes to check in the low season. Hopefully the rest of the stay will make up for the rough start. Looking forward to the hot springs though!

Only sorry I waited this long to visit this place. We stayed in the west tower with a pool view. The room was wonderful. Clean and fresh smelling. The king bed was comfortable. We had dinner in the Copper Room one evening. It was very romantic with an awesome band. Staff was very friendly and accommodating meeting all of our...

Girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. Hotsprings were great and the spa was even better. Can't beat an hour long couples massage for $245. Only downside about going in January is that not many restaurants are open so your stuck with a few places to eat.

Come up here every year to unwind and enjoy the exceptional views of mountains. I always treat myself to the SPA. This year I choose the Thai Stem Massage the therapist did an exceptional professional massage. The hot compresses kept me somewhat warm along with the bean bags she had to heat up. The air conditioner was blowing in the...

This place makes you feel like you have been away on a hot vacation, even though there was snow we were able to use the outdoor hot spring pools and enjoy a moonlit night. It feels so special. The spa is amazing because you are already relaxed from the hot pools, so the spa treatments are better on your muscles....

We registered as a small group on the day it snowed heavily but the snow did not disturb us as the hotel was toasty and warm and cozy. In the morning great views of the lake and surrounding mountains from our generous hotel room ceiling to floor window. The buffet breakfast room is ample and there are so many delicious...
