Go back in time. You are immersed in the turn of the century. Interesting shops, displays and things to do. Staying at one of the B & B s in Barkerville complete the experience. Our family has gone 3 times now and will definitely go again.

We stayed in the King House on Aug 1 to Aug 3/16 and we had an amazing time :). Shirley and Murray were so helpful and they went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had a warm, tasty breakfast in our stomachs every morning. (The baked scones and banana loaves were fabulous!...

My husband, teenage daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at the Kelly House in Barkerville. The Kelly House was the only place in the town of Barkerville that could accommodate more than 2 people in a room. We had the upstairs bedroom with our own private bathroom on the main floor. The other two rooms had an adjoining...

We rented the entire Kelly House with another family so had run of the place as well as a chance to be in the site in the evening. Don't think the kids will ever forget such a memorable time! The house is small but homey and the breakfast was quite good. We appreciated being in the site at night and...

We rented a room with a private bath in the King House Bed & Breakfast. The room was quite tiny, but clean. There is a shower and toilet in one room, the sink is located in the main bedroom. The room is at ground level, overlooking the street. There is really no where to hang out in your room except...

Very cute, quaint place. Room was very small but to be expected because that is the way the homes used tbe. Very comfortable bed. We stayed in the King House and had the room with the ensuite so that was nice even though it was small. The sitting room was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice, scrambled eggs, scones with apricots...

The only B&B with it's own bathroom. Did not have to share with other visitors, very small room. Host's served food suitable to specific dietary needs and were quite sociable. The town is unique with history and the actors playing the roles of those from that Era were very informative. Worth seeing more than once.

Enjoyable stay while visiting Barkerville. Room is tiny but comfortable but it suits the area and atmosphere. Felt like I was back in the mid west - waiting for the gunshots of the bad guys :). Breakfast was made by the hosts of the house and it was enjoyable. Overall a weird setting but really something I would encourage anyone...

We had a wonderful 2 days in Barkerville staying here with friends. This is a very cute historical B and B with a very good breakfast. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. This is a great way to visit Barkerville. Enjoyed all the activities and it was a unique experience to walk around town at dusk after all the tourists...

Stayed there with friends many years ago. However, at night, just a few little "bumps-in-the-night" happened, like my gym bag with clothes somehow flew across my bedroom in the middle of the night. When we stayed on-site, we could walk through the town after dark. Bring your camera.
