Worst hotel I've every been in. No ac,no tv,no Internet, no good food, hotel actually Locke the door at 11 pm if your out i guess you cant get in. Tiny little rundown bathrooms cracked tile, rotten grout, and smelled badly. Won't key me give less. For the price we paid I'm disgusted. Please don't go here

Spent 4 nights at the Overlander first week of July. Never expected it to be that warm so far north. Can't say enough about the staff. Everyone was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is comfortable, great view, pricey but top notch food. The lodge is clean, nice rustic look. I liked the Overlander, but it comes up short on...

We stayed two nights in this beautiful setting during peak season. The daytime temperature in Jasper was in the low 30s and we were disappointed that only a small fan was available in the cabin. The pilot light for the cabin's fire could not be turned off which raised the internal temperature to that of a sauna. Having said that...

Hotel is 45+ minutes away from town, which they should clarify online. Some people may look for the lodge style stay with no ac, fridge, room phone, no ice machine, TV or cable. Me myself I have come to expect these things when I pay over 250 a night for one room. We were in the lodge above reception on...

Ive never been to Jasper so I sorted lodging according to my pet friendly needs. Was excited to get a free standing chalet with extra privacy. #134 its technically out of Jasper park. You exit the toll both. Overlander is 45 mins from the town of Jasper for dining and shops, 45 mins from maligne Canyon and Abathesca Falls. So...

This is a beautiful, relaxing place to hang out. We were on a family trip in the Canadian Rockies and stopped here for two nights. Pros: away from crowds, more scenic and interesting than a typical hotel, huge alcoholic beverage menu in the reception/lounge area, and wonderful large deck to sit outside and enjoy the mountain view. Cons: restaurant is...

I spent one night and two days at the Overlander. It is a great little out of the way place just east of the Jasper East gates, so outside the actual park limits. The cabin was clean and modernized. The property is beautiful. The only draw back is it is a bit far from Jasper and some of the hikes....

There was no A/C and it was about 40 degrees in the room. There was only one fan that was over the bed and none in the kitchen/sitting area. The screens were warped so in order to open the window I had to stuff paper towel around the screen to keep the giant mosquitoes from coming in. Even though there...

I cannot say enough great things about the staff at the Overlander Mountain Lodge. From the first call saying we need help when the original venue was becoming a nightmare, to the final picking up of pieces left behind, they were fantastic. Professional, easy and so fantastic to work with. The fireplace was on due to the rain, we had...

My partner and I decided to take a last minute trip to Jasper and stayed at The Overlander for 1 night. The room, the lodge and the overall atmosphere was spectacular! The staff were incredibly friendly and down to earth. After a long drive we were quite hungry and decided to check out the restaurant in the main lodge. I...
