What a lovely place!! Matt was very helpful. He knew all the best places to go in Jasper. Rooms very clean and very comfortable. It is on the second floor, with no elevator. There was a great roof patio. I highly recommend staying here if you are going to Jasper.

We stayed here three nights recently and I really enjoyed the stay. It is very convenient for walking around town and I really appreciated the easy access to the Discovery trail and the branches to some of the other trails near Jasper. Despite the proximity to the main road, it is relatively quiet. We arrived in a rainstorm and the...

Yeah there is some good and not so good with this hotel and it is a little different from the run of the mill. It does not have your usual reception and you have to partially fend for yourself by traipsing up the stairs to the small quasi reception, follow the instructions and ring a number on the phone provided....

A group of us stayed at the Filia Inn. We booked 4 rooms. The rooms were in the same wing and there was a door that closed off the second part of the hotel. The hallway was large enough for us all to hang out, outside our rooms. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Lots of stairs, and there...

I was excited to find this place after reading great reviews but upon checking in, I felt duped. The bathroom had just one role of toilet paper, the toilet bowl had a crack in it, the sink was filthy and the headboard of the bed was not even aligned with the mattress. I get that this is a budget inn...

Thanks for your feedback. I have become aware of both the toilet and the sink in this room and I am already in the process of having both replaced. The toilet is being removed and replaced this Wednesday June 8. The sink was not dirty, but has recently had a couple chips in the porcelain which I agree didn't look...

Older style hotel above a resturant. Close to the centre of Jasper.the only drawback for some may be the flight of stairs up to the rooms. Our room had a decent sizes lounge area, large bedroom and bathroom. No noise from downstairs. Free WiFi worked well. A couple of parking spots at the back but parking available across the road.

Our group booked the inn and had a fabulous time. As long as you can do stairs this is a great place. Restaurant below was also fantastic and it was clean and well maintained. Well located within walking distance to the Jasper Activity Centre and all the shops and restaurants.

I almost hate writing this review because I want this to be my secret place in Jasper where I can always get a room. However, I've decided to not be selfish and share. My daughter and I have created an annual Mother's Day trip to Jasper. Traditionally we just go for the day because of schedules etc. This year, at...

We spent 4 nights here during our skiing trip in Canada. A perfect cheap option with parking, restaurants, shops and convenient store near by. We stayed in room 1, which had a small lounge (sofa, little table, tv, coffe making fac.), bedroom with double bed, big wardrobe, chester drawers and tv, big bathroom with bath/shower. Free wifi. Discount if you...

Recently stayed at the Filia Inn for 3 nights. Definitely plan to stay here every time we return to Jasper. The location is excellent, price cannot be beat, our room was perfect, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Excellent restaurant downstairs as well, and a lovely bakery next door. Highly recommend this little gem of a place.

Thank Jenna P
