I stayed here with my school while on a ski trip. We all come from South Wales, UK. On arriving at the hotel we found that, since we missed dinner, they provided us with food bags including a sandwich, banana, juice, cookie and cereal bar which was very nice. The rooms were clean, tidy and had everything we needed, even...

We were doing a tour with keywesttravellandtours.com and stayed here one night. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed.Had a very nice full breakfast. As we were part of a tour group we had no real interaction with staff. Jasper is a nice, small township on perfect for one night stop over. There is a nice wild animals museum (stuffed)...

This hotel appears to fall over backwards in dealing with group bookings / tours. For the individual it was positively impersonal. A grunt or two was all we got from reception. No welcome, no information, no help. As has been said by others the fabric is both dated and in need of attention / replacement. On a more serious matter,...

I felt this lodge needed some attention to new carpet, wallpaper and chairs. The chairs were stained and made me feel uncomfortable to use. It was obvious this place gets a lot of use, but I was not real comfortable staying there.

This hotel is a fair walk from the centre of Jasper which means that after a hard day you may be less inclined to go out for the evening. The restaurant was good in the evening but not consistently good for breakfast. The first morning was fine but the second had different staff who were not particularly friendly or attentive....

We stayed here for three nights so we had plenty of time to explore the wonderful town and surroundings of Jasper. Unfortunately this hotel which was booked through our travel agent Kuoni wasn't up to their usually high standard. The room was spacious and, thankfully, had a small kitchenette area as well as a separate sitting and dining area which...

A two night stay at Lobstick was just ok. Staff, rooms all pleasant enough but what surprised us was that the bar closed at 22:00 hrs. A hotel bar that closed early!!!!!. So we went to the Tonquin inn over the road who where more than happy to serve us. Can't complain about the general hotel, with free parking, close...

We stayed 3 nights from june 29 to july 2, 2014. Our room was outdated, very dark in the basement and very noisy. Definitely not worth the money. Our worst experience out of 50 days in BC and Alberta. When checking out, a double breakfast was charged and it took 20 minutes to get this refunded. We will advice Booking.com...

We had a weeks tour through the Rockies which was spectacular, this hotel was perfect for two nights rest, a few minutes into town for shops and eating, breakfast was amazing anything you wanted was there and in the price. Bedroom very comfortable, all staff made you welcome and couldn't do enough for you. Wish I could have stayed longer....

This is a clean hotel with good restaurant on site. Only a few minor negatives. No air-conditioner, so a bit stuffy. A small fan is provided though. Light bulb in shower went off during our stay. Didn't bother to see reception as we are only there for a night, and it is already very late. Everything else were ok.
