This stay was kind of just "ok" for us. We expected a bit better. Probably wouldn't stay again. Pros: Cabin was super cute, full kitchen. Very nice washroom. Appreciated the private space and close parking stall. Beautiful wilderness area only a walk out the door. Staff were great, restaurant food quite good! Cons: Our cabin smelled like take-out Chinese food...

We visited Jasper this summer and booked two rooms at Pocahantas Cabins on the basis of web site pictures and a conversation with a company representative in Jasper that books for five affiliated lodges. The filthy interior of these cabins, which rendered them unfit for us to stay, did not correspond at all to the pictures viewed on the website....

My wife and I had a most enjoyable stay for two nights. The cabins are clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed both evening meals and felt the experience of staying away from Jasper was a little different and somewhere I would recommend. The hot springs are 17km up the side road which were fantastic and we were...

My husband and I spent one night in the Pocahontas Cabins. We have passed them many times when going to Jasper and Miette. We ended up in one of the 'old' cabins, which is tiny and cold, not enough blankets, old appliances and filthy windows. The TV is old and takes up a lot of space on the counter. The...

This was our second visit, a return visit, to the Pocahontas Cabins. The cabins were as fantastic as they were last time. What inspired me to write again was this time we had a bump in the booking of our cabin. It, sadly it could not be corrected since they were full. The cabin they did book us into was...

The view is amazing however the constant sound of the highway is annoying when sitting on the deck. We have stayed two years in a row and we much preferred the executive cabins as the regular are small and dark. The staff are friendly and super helpful!! Restaurant on site along with pool, hot tub, pellet BBQ and games room...

We arrived without a chance to stock up on food so we had little choice. But to visit the on site restaurant and shop. The shop had little of any use, mostly expensive souvenirs etc but we bought some milk at vast expense and the went for a meal. It was by far the worst meal. We. Had in 3...

The cottages are adorable, the one we had 1 bedroom deluxe log cabin faced east on the outer ring was clean modern and a beautiful view from the deck. Other than having to be 8 feet tall to reach the microwave oven, it had all we needed. The only negatives were the VERY limited TV channels, (although they let you...

Pocahontas' Cabins are attractive and airy, with lots of blond wood, a practical kitchen and the right sized porch, even if the view is of your parked car. The pull out sofa is comfortable and the bedroom cozy. The pool is small but deep and the hot tub well maintained. The advertised mini-golf course isn't much, but the games room...

We stayed overnight in the cedar lodge luxury suite - it was extremely comfortable and had the outdoor pool and hot tub almost immediately outside our door. In the quiet of the evening a little noise (just animated friendly enough discussion) drifted over from the family next door who sat out late on their balcony - however it was a...
