The cabin was comfy and well-equipped. A little on the small side but big enough for one or two or possibly even three people. The BBQs / smokers are incredible to cook on. Low and slow, start your food early but the results are fabulous. A decent little hot tub and a nice pool for the kids. A great setting...

A little outdated. Had a funky smell. The room we had didn't have a fireplace even though we were told there was an electric one. Breakfast was nothing special your usual complimentary breakfast. Hot tub was nothing special we couldn't figure out how to turn the jets on found a button but didn't seem to do anything. Hot springs near...

Perfect little cabin to suit my family's needs. It was clean and affordable. My kids loved the games room. The hot tub was tiny (8 person) and usually busy but we did get a chance to use it after a day of hiking. A small continental breakfast was included. There's a nice hike right across the street.

Just returned yesterday from a 2 night adult only getaway to Pocahontas Cabins. We had our beagle pup with us and he was welcomed royally. We rented one of the larger executive cabins which was perfect for our needs. The cabin was clean and stocked with everything we could ask for. The beds are comfortable, and the views from our...

Just over one year ago, I came to Pocahontas and had an amazing time. So much that I wrote a five star review and brought back two new friends. Boy was I embarrassed after they both told me they wouldn't ever come back and it was the worst part of the trip.... I'm not sure what changed with Frank in...

Hi Jody, Thank you for taking the time to post your review of our property I am so disappointed to read your Pocahontas experience especially after reading your previous review here. Frank and I have sat down with this and discussed the review and I would like to apologize on behalf of Frank and myself. Asking for extra towels or...

So accommodating!! It only cost $15/night for our puppy to stay with us. The staff were so kind and helpful. Would strongly suggest. VERY DOG FRIENDLY. I Would absolutely go here again. The view was also wonderful and they offer a free basic breakfast in winter as their restaurant is closed. They do serve basics like milk, bacon, hot chocolate...

We have been coming to Pocahontas Cabins for the past 3 years with our boys between Christmas and New Years. It has never disappointed us and we love coming back every time. We were a bit worried when we came this year as we had a new puppy but the Cabins are pet friendly and the stuff were very accommodating...

We were in Jasper for the Dark Sky Festival. We got a free upgrade to one of the bigger Cabins. It was marvelous. We loved our own kitchen, we loved the quaint living room and we loved the King Size bed in the master bedroom. It was the most comfortable bed I have slept on in decades. The staff were...

Be sure what you are booking. Initially we were allocated a miner's hut with one small queen bedroom, living area etc - very cramped. Were re-allocated same size hut but virtually all one bedroom. It's getting tired, but there are new chalets (at a price). Restaurant OK but wine was expensive.

The only downside to the Cabins is the distance from Jasper but once you have got your head around the travel they are in a great place. We arrived really late and were advised to go straight in for something to eat - it wasn't fantastic but adequate. Cabin was ideal with a lovely outside seating area - I would...
