This is a very nice hotel but it is at the high end of price for this type of accommodation. Over the last year or so I have been able to get this level of comfort for a fair bit less money. Just something to consider as you think about making a booking. That being said my room was clean,...

We recently stayed for a family memorial and the staff were very caring....even left a rose and note in our room. Rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very good. Our waiter Chris was a shining light in the morning, remembered us and greeted us with a smile. Really aimed to please. My husband and I used to stay frequently at the Podollan and we loved it. I think our last stay before this one was over Christmas in 2015. They've made a lot of changes since then that don't seem to be for the better. No more Starbucks coffee at breakfast and they no longer have a router in every room...

I stayed at this hotel in Grande Prairie for the first time. The hotel is very nice but has no business area. This is weird because even hotels in Mexico have a business area to print documents off or check flight info. The room was clean except for the plug in switch at the head of the bed was filthy...

Upgraded to an executive suite for a mere $20 and was blown away by the size of the room. Staff was very accommodating and even managed to get us a late check in. Above all it was very clean. Only complaint: the memory foam beds are pretty firm- but some might like that.

Overall not bad. The renovated side is much nicer than the non renovated side. The design of the hotel is quite dated. The beds are comfortable and it is quiet at night. The quality of the linens are horrible. The sheets and towels need to be replaced badly. The restaurant is hit or miss. I understood the inconsistent service during...

Stayed here a 2nd time during some business in the Grande Prairie area. Rates were good for the area. Price included a warm breakfast. The room had a king bed, refrigerator and a desk for doing work. The desk are had lots of extra plug-ins for phone, computers, etc. During my visit the temperature was around -25C, so when they...

Nadia was a great server, she was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I ordered the steak and I would rate the food 9/10. The atmosphere was professional and fun, felt like I was sitting in my kitchen.
