This hotel was very expensive. The bathroom was outdated (from the 80's). It was hard to sleep because it was so hot in the room . The heat was at its lowest on the thermostat but it didn't help. We had to open windows and it was -2 outside. Bed however was quite comfortable. We had to go outside to...

Because Lake Louise is inundated with high price properties, the lodge has about the "best" price for a place to stay in that area. However, it is an older property that looks as if it were built as a Motel in the 1950's or 60's and has been in continuous use since. Exposed or painted cinderblock walls in the rooms...

Only stayed for two nights while in Lake Louise but nice hotel. Staff very friendly. Room decent size. Bathroom a little tired, but overall clean. Would recommend to others as good value. Ask for a main floor room if you have any physical difficulties as there didn't seem to be an elevator. Bed was a little too soft for my...

Place is a hidden gem in Lake Louise. The hotel has the best value in the village. You can't beat the hot tub (which is awesomely hot) and buffet breakfast. However, some areas of the hotel needs some love as wear and tear is starting to show.

Stayed here for a single night as we traveled towards Jasper. The staff was really friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Our two-queen room was clean and had plenty of space for two adults and two kids (5 & 2). The brunch was fantastic, lots of options, lots of food. Would absolutely look to stay here again.

Clean room; excellent beds and pillows! All amenities needed for a weekend in the woods! Loads of parking. Very friendly and helpful...

The rooms (especially the bathrooms) need renovations!!!! Otherwise, the place is all right! Continental breakfast is good. Friendly and helpful people at the front desk. Close to the ski hill - the shuttle that come by every 1/2 hour a nice bonus.
