We stayed at the Lake Louise Inn for 2 nights for our family skiing trip. The location is great and the use of the free shuttle to the hill was very handy. The family room we stayed in was very cramped and basic and had absolutely no view! We were in the basement and looked out to the lower side...

We stayed for 2 nights in a one-bed room plus loft. The size of our room was great. It was nice to have a full kitchen and separate space for the kids. The room however needs some renovations. Starting to feel a little stale.

Great experience at the Lake Louise Inn! Location was ideal! Nice to have a pool to use for the kids. Rooms were quiet and clean. The kitchen in our suite was great, nice to be able to make our own food with friends. We would for sure stay again!

So impressed with Lake Louise Inn- recommended by a friend, and a group of us stayed there for the weekend- they were great with the large groups at meals, and super pleasant and friendly! We will totally return!

I always like to get ahead of traffic when planning to ski at Lake Louise. Canmore just doesn't cut it for me. Well, Lake Louise Inn has always been that place for me. I'm happy to use my Costco value deals with them. But I didn't even have to for the rooms because they did something even better! Depleted Wallet...

We stayed for three nights while skiing. Great value. Very comfortable beds. Nice indoor pool with three hot tubs that were nice and warm. Great after a day of skiing. Not a luxury hotel but good clean ski hotel. Good food in the restaurant and bar but a limited menu. Great service all around.

We stayed for one night as part of a tour of the Icefields Parkway. Lake Louise itself is spectacular and highly recommended. This hotel needs to be updated. Our hotel room overlooked the (indoor) pool and was dark and claustrophobic. If we had been staying for more than one night I would have asked for another room. We had dinner...

Beside the room being too hot, it was everything we needed. Price is good, room was clean and amenities were appreciated. If you are not looking for luxury but just a good and affordable place to stay then I highly recommend.

We arrived on a VERY cold night and our first room had no heat, even after the thermostat on max for over 3 hours. The staff was VERY accomodating to move us to another room in the upgraded part of the hotel to make us more comfortable. There is an additional "resort fee" to have access to wifi and use...

“Maybe the rooms outside of the main building have more air and light.”

“The cleaning staff did a very poor job. We found an old used tshirt in the corner upon arrival and the next day when they cleaned they did not replace the service items or towels, nor tidy up the room. Our pyjamas and clothes were left in a pile on one bed, the sink was not cleaned nor was the mirror. ”
