A friendly welcome, smart rooms, tasty help yourself breakfasts make this a lovely place to stay. The location, away from the bustle and commercialisation of downtown Banff, make it perfect. A short walk along to the Cave and Basin area is ideal and a stroll across the bridge for an evening meal is ideal. A charming building.

Staying at this hotel was like being welcomed into the family. Guests have free use of the huge kitchen, there is a wonderful sitting room with a picture window overlooking the mountains, breakfast was generous and the staff were wonderful. Nothing beats coming home after a hard days travel to the smell of freshly baking cookies, a hot cup of...

This was my last night in Canada before flying back to Scotland from Calgary. I had requested a quiet room with a sitting area and a very good bed and this is exactly what I was given. The shower room was small but perfectly adequate. The young innkeeper in charge came out to greet me when I arrived, showed me...

We had a great stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the top floor and it was very comfortable. The location to downtown was a very short walk so there was no need to drive. This place has character and we really enjoyed it.

We had a King suite. We arrived late and were shown around by a very nice girl. Everything was clean and very nice. The room had a bedroom and another room with a bed sofa which was prepared as well since we were 3 people. The breakfast was excellent with freshly baked cookies and the dining room area is very...

Our family stayed in the queen ensuite room and the king ensuite for four nights recently. The inn and Banff was very enjoyable. The room was large with a confortable seating area. The showers were small but serviceable. The continental breakfast had locally baked, fresh breads and homemade granola, fresh fruit & juice. Coffe and tea are available anytime. The...

We stayed a total of 4 nights and were very happy here. Yes, it is a little old and dark and creaky in places but the good points make up for that. We had 2 rooms as we stayed twice and both were spacious and comfortable. The room off the great room downstairs was particularly good. Huge bed and bathroom....

We stayed here for 5 days during The Flood in June and couldn`t have been in a better place. All the staff and the owners, Lee and Becky, did their utmost to help guests change reservations etc. They even put on a little party for us on one day to cheer us up after being marooned! The inn is a 5 minute...

My wife and I chose this inn after an extensive internet search for Banff B&Bs. We were sold after calling the inn and speaking to the owner. Our experience here justified our long-distance impression. The inn is in a lovely location - almost all that we wanted to see i Banff was within walking distance. Our room was cozy, quiet...

We stayed three weeks with Becky and the team and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. Becky went out of her way to accomodate us and was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would highly recommend Banff Boutique Inn. It is a well located, homely place to stay with great breakfast. Thanks again guys!
