The room was comfortable, well laid out and recently renovated. The only issue was that the mattress was far too soft for our comfort. My wife spent some time visiting with the staff and owner, both were helpful and very friend. Breakfast was quite good and the staff put a plate in the fridge when we had an early start...

I am a little surprized by the high rating this b and b is getting. It was adequate. First a huge shout out to the staff! What a great group of friendly, hard working girls they have there. Saw the back of the owner once, who knew if he was friendly or not, which I found well strange as a...

I was a bit scattered and all over the place when I got here...I was about to start a 2 month solo trip and honestly wasn't prepared. I ended up showing up at the wrong time but Naomi went above and beyond and left her event to come meet me! Her and Jacqueline were so helpful that I decided to...

I stayed in the king room twice now and the room itself is comfortable and cozy. The bathroom is modern and has everything one could ask for. The one comment I have here is that the pillows are very uncomfortable, but that's it's. I would give this place 5 stars if it weren't for the breakfast, I find the selection...

You'd be hard pressed to find a better place to stay in Banff. Intimate, authentic and picturesque. Lee and his staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Set a few minutes out of town, provided us the opportunity to see a bit more of the "real" Banff, beyond just Mountain Avenue. Can't wait to come back...

We only spent one night here but it was a very good one. The beds were very comfortable. The room for three and a bathroom were huge – how we imagine Canadian size and style. It was our biggest accommodation in Banff. The decor was modern but cosy and nice. All was perfect clean. The view from a room was...

We come every year to this hotel. Every room is cozy and comfortable. We like the Deluxe King Room with the fireplace. It is nice and quiet because it is outside the main building. Newly upgraded bathroom is great. Breakfast in the morning has nice variety, and adds to the value of your stay. Only I wish they had......a hot...

Location was great. Walk into was minutes and lovely. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom in room 8 was newly renovated and done well. The rad heater did not give off enough heat for me. Sleeping at night was okay because it's small cozy room but getting out of the shower was cold. The breakfast in the morning...

Loved this place! It is a 10 minute walk to downtown Banff. We got a king deluxe room with a fireplace. It was in the separate building, which was still under construction on the outside, but finished beautifully inside. The room was very spacious with a walk in shower and a separate tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful....

I took a couple of days mid-week for a solo getaway to Banff. In my research this Inn seemed to fit the bill as it was affordable (for Banff) and wasn't in amongst the crush of hotels on or near Banff Avenue but was within a reasonable walking distance (advertised at 8 minutes). This Inn is tucked up into some...
