Stayed here over Christmas and New Year period to ski at Sunshine Mountain and Lake Louise. Wonderful location very central to everything shops, restaurants and buses to the slopes. The hotel is homely and comfortable and had a fantastic selection for a continental breakfast. Staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful with any questions that we had. My only observation was...

We stayed here for our week in Banff and it was great. Very central to everything, including buses to sunshine village and lake Louise. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Bed was super comfortable as well. The ski storage was secure and easy. Really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

Right in the heart of Banff. It's perfect location to walk around town. The hotel is dated but well kept. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious. The onsite parking is limited but they have more space half block down.

Another excellent stay at Brewster's. Got an excellent deal online. We usually go at least once a year ski trip to Banff and Brewster's is one of our favourites. Central location. Free Wifi and breakfast from 6:30 am to 10:30 am. Because of the central location and building design, not the quietest place. Clean and large bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Underground...

It was alright. Given that our deadbolt lock didn't work and was told that's it's normal not to lock. Room was very hot, but has a great location and is clean. Staff was friendly. Noise was a problem, could hear the people upstairs, outside, and in the hall.

We enjoyed staying here. It is central to restaurants and bus stops for both Roam, the public bus service and busses that take skiers to the mountains. Christmas Eve we all had a singalong with one of the descendants of the Brewster family. Rooms were comfortable. We had a balcony which was good to go out and get some fresh...

Lodge location is so convenient to restaurants and shops. Also, we had several tour pick-up from the Brewster Mount Royal Hotel - only a 2 minute walk away. We arrived at the hotel at 3:45pm; check-in is at 4pm. The room wasn't ready until 4:20pm. Rooms were spacious (we had a room with 2 queens), clean, and had the amenities...

Amazing location, right downtown and within walking distance of everything you need. The lodge is cute and rustic. Continental breakfast is basic but good, wifi is decent. Parking is an additional charge but definitely worth it for underground and not having to scrape windows or park a block away. Our first room was very very warm but they were accommodating...

We stayed from Christmas Eve until the morning after Boxing Day. The hotel was friendly and festive, with cookies and Christmas treats at the entry, and a Manager's wine and cheese reception on Christmas Eve. Desk staff with Japanese and other language backgrounds--very helpful and always friendly, despite working on holidays. Rooms and beds super clean and comfortable. There were...

Brewster's was your classic mountain lodge, cozy, lots of wood, some old pictures of Banff from pioneer days, etc. Everybody was friendly, they had things like cookies at the front desk that were baked by one of the workers' boyfriend's sister (something like that). Location was great, you can walk to everything in the town (not a big town, sure,...
