Fantastic stay at this adorable 17th century inn. The young lady Megan was working through our entire stay and I can safely say she is a little gem, nothing was too much trouble, she was such a cheerful little soul and was so polite and welcoming. The room was ideal and the breakfasts are fantastic...best part being that breakfast is served...

We stayed for 1 night for a 50 birthday celebration. We arrived early evening and was welcomed by reception staff. Our room was on the second floor room 6 which was large, clean and looked recently renovated, the bathroom was of a good size too but no natural light. But you have to remember this is an old 17 century...

The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and smiling. Beautiful old building with lots of character, well laid out. Room was tasteful and very comfy, all modern conveniences, with a very comfy bed. Morning breakfast was delicious, I asked for a bacon and black pudding sandwich, and wow, fresh sliced white bread cut like doorsteps.

We have just had a couple nights stay at the Manor House. A warm welcome, a nice room and some enjoyable food - the evening meal was wonderful and very filling! Thank you to all - both in front of the house and behind the scenes.

A group of this booked this hotel as a base to go to Sheffield for football. It's a friendly well run hotel with a lively bar and a great breakfast. It had Everything we needed and was close enough to Sheffield to make it ideal.

Stopped here for a couple of nights whilst away on business. Friendly staff, clean room and lovely complementary freshly cooked breakfast. Extremely good value. Comfortable bed and plenty of power sockets.

Lovely, albeit smallish, room with a good, but yet again small, bathroom. White furniture in a French style, and it reminded me of an Alice in Wonderland style room. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast picked a la carte. Made fresh and served with a smile. Good allergy awareness and happy to check individual items with the chef just to make sure....

Rooms are all newly refurbished, clean comfortable and combine the Old Manor House with new modern furnishings. The pub is welcoming and well run, the breakfast menu was sufficient. It is situated in the lovely village of Dronfield.

A very pleasant stay and a great alternative to all the soulless hotels near the M1. Nicely presented room and greatly appreciated hot drinks as I arrived during storm Angus. The food is very good, both dinner and breakfast and good friendly staff. I got the impression the scenic town would be good for a walk and alternative bars and...

Hotel is converted from old buildings and had a rustic look. The rooms are themed with movie stars and are nicely decorated. Evening meal was excellent and very good value for the Wednesday steak special. Breakfast was made to order and promptly served and delicious. Great for an overnight or weekend stay. Only drawback was that because it is in...
