The appartment was very clean, modern and of a very high quality. The bathroom in particular was of a very high standard. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional, while at the same time being unintrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certianly return.

Cannot fault this place, stunning location, fantastic food & service. The room was finished to a high standard with comfortable bed and a fridge. Breakfast in the room was lovely and enabled us to enjoy our sea view. Couldn't have been more accommodating with our dalmatian. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights in a self catering apartment. We arrived a little early but the apartment was already ready for us. The owner showed us around and was very helpful and friendly with local knowledge to point us in the right direction. The apartment was impeccably clean and tidy and very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped,...

Our family is complex.....two anxious children who do not travel well, a mum in cancer recovery and an ever shedding Labrador who is vital to the dynamic. We needed a holiday and thankfully our friends suggested Chesil Beach Lodge. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. The apartment (Jurassic) was well appointed, beautifully clean with...

My husband, baby and myself stayed here for 3 nights in the Cogden B&B room. Linda and Cyril are great hosts and certainly know what they're doing. Communication beforehand was great, the room itself was beautiful, with amazing views, and very generous hospitality tray of cereals, biscuits, fresh milk in the fridge and option for cafetiere or instant coffee. Breakfast...

Following on from a May 2016 visit and having enjoyed the experience so much, we chose to return. Sometimes going back to a place can be a disappointment but this was not the case. A different room but a wonderful view over the sea only spoilt by an electric sub station some distance away in a field. Could have been...

Nothing was too much trouble for the owners, including making up a log fire for us before we arrived and receiving some groceries too. We didn't need the fire as the place was nice and warm and the weather was sunny! A great walking environment with v good restaurants near by too. V dog friendly!

Stayed for two nights in March 2017, location is superb. Fantastic views of sunrise and sunsets. Room is great, just as the photos show. Easy walk or very short drive to beach at Burton Bradstock and Hive restaurant. Highly recommeded
