On Sunday my family and I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful hotel for Sunday lunch. We were first greeted by a friendly staff member (Max I think) who promptly took us to our table. Although the food was lovely with a vast array of homemade desserts which suited my sweet tooth, the highlight of the day was most...

What can I say, fantastic!the venue was second to none and the staff were exceptional! We had beef and turkey/ham as our main course options, both were delicious and from what I seen from the beef, it was thicker than a sirloin steak! Everyone I was talking to had nothing but praise! The venue itself is set in a beautiful...

So ventured over to Burt in Donegal to attend the function of a family wedding. It's located in a beautiful spot and from the outside it is certainly unique... Large car park, excellently well kept and even has an old church attached to it that is now a visitors attraction. Greeted on the door with a smile. Large reception area...

Our Daughter and Son in Law treated us to a lovely mid week break in Donegal staying at the An Grianan Hotel in Burt, 27 km from Letterkenny. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the hotel itself is lovely and the rooms are bright, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was as you would expect from a 3 star hotel...

Stopped for lunch on the way to Rathmullan. Were there before lunchtime (12.30 until 2.00) but were made welcome and given menus. Choices we made were Caesar salad and Chowder, we also ordered a portion of fries only to find that the salad came with fries. Result loads of food including ultra fresh bread, all great quality. Well pleased and...

Booked a one night stay valentine package which included a 3 course evening meal and breakfast for two. The food was again excellent, evening entertainment in the main bar was great. A great nights sleep waking up to a full irish breakfast, then departing for home. A fantastic deal. Hotel and staff were very helpful.

i stayed here last summer, the hotel is quite new so everything is fresh. They were carrying out some construction in the reception area but they were so good about explaining to you why and what they had in place to minimize disruption. Overall a very good experience.

Stopped here to have lunch and were delighted with our meal. A very clean well organised hotel with friendly professional staff who really do know what they are doing! There was a large group in the hotel for refreshments after a funeral but this did not hinder the hardworking staff attending to others including ourselves - we didn't have long...

After a long day shopping in Donegal town and letterkenny we took a chance on stopping here for a bite to eat. So glad we did, I and my wife had the venison burger and our daughter had the lasagne. So so tasty all around. Best food we have eaten in an hotel by far. Well done to all the...
