My wife and I had a three-day break at the Pink House, conveniently located in the heart of New Alresford. A good base for local walks and the Watercress line.We were told parking outside was time limited and might be a problem but this was not an issue. The Pink House is Georgian but with assorted add-ons. It's stuffed with...

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in June this year while we were walking a portion of the St. Swithun's Way. Great location in town, an extensive and impressive garden and charming home. Our room was on the 3rd floor which was fine but would be tough if you don't like stairs. The room was fine but...

My wife and I recently stayed for the weekend to celebrate our sons 18th birthday with family and friends at the nearby Horse & Groom public house. This elegant Georgian house is full of charm and interesting artifacts. Our room at the rear of the main house was clean, warm and very comfortable which overlooked the lovely formal gardens. The...

My wife and I stayed for one night recently as we were going on the Fine Dining train on the Watercress Line. The station at Alresford is about a four minute walk and passes several fine pubs should refreshment be required. We had a lovely room which was extremely comfortable and were made to feel very welcome. We had a...

i stayed here whilst on business in the area. The house is in the town centre but is also quiet. There is no off street parking but I was easily able to park outside. My well appointed room was round the back and not in the main house. It was ideal for one person, but maybe a bit on the...

This is a find in a tiny town, not on most tourist maps. We loved our large room and the delicious English breakfasts. We were on a second floor but there is a small lift. In back are first floor garden accommodations. We attended a local fair with livestock and crafts one afternoon, which was fun in this farming area....

This is a great "find". A large pink Georgian House in the centre of this exquisite Hampshire town Alresford. Beautifully furnished, with fine pieces of antique furniture, paintings, prints etc.Every room so tastefully appointed, comfortable and en-suite. Mrs Jones, is so welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. At the end of your stay you just don't want to...

Great B&B in New Arlesford town just off the high street but lovely and quiet. The house is beautifully decorated throughout and the next morning there is a flexible and tasty breakfast. If the weather permits relax in the garden.

I stayed at the Pink House last week and really was blown away by the place. The house is a stunning example of Georgian architecture in the centre of Alresford, and the rooms are beautifully decorated in a style keeping with the elegance of the property. As a Head chef I am quite picky about my food but I have...
