I visited for a week and found a very clean safe resort with great staff. All of the staff speak English and have been very accommodating. There is a small mall right in front of the resort with a good grocery, ATM, and Starbucks. Make...More
Paradise Village is a well kept property with a great beach perfect for families. The pools are well set up for kids, or retired folks who want quiet. Service is average at best and the food quality is good ( not great), but the buffets...More
We've been members at Paradise Village for 17 years, since our honeymoon, and always enjoy visiting what we feel is our second home. As usual, all the staff were friendly and helpful. This year, we got to know Carlos (beach grill) a little better and...More
First time at Paradise Village. It's a nice resort with good resort-style amenities like easy towel service and a great activities team. Plus it's much easier to get around than some of the mammoth competitors, which is nice. Great beach with lots of palapas. Loved...More

They do have a drink coupon book. There are 10 coupons per book. I can't remember the cost, but It is however a good value. I get them every time I go to the resort. Ask about it when you check into the resort.
Our daughter who’s a flight attendant with Delta had a layover in PVR we try to get her on the property for a few hours and they wouldn’t let her in. Security is very strict.
