We have returned to PVR every wither for the last 20 years. It continues to be enjoyable time. There are several restaurants within walking distance outside of the resort and transportation to other areas is inexpensive and easy to use.

Yes, we chose to do the all inclusive option. Personally, I feel it was well worth it. The convenience of being on the beach or by the pool and having drinks and food being brought to you verses having to go get it and pay each time or keeping up with what is being charged to your room bill. Even if you only intend on drinking 5-6 drinks all day long - it's worth it!!! Have fun!
