Beautiful old rustic guest house with pub and locally sourced food. Family and dog friendly. Relaxed atmosphere. Open coal and log fire. Gardens with fairy lights and seating. Parking and WiFi. Location is a short drive from villages.

We've been to the head before and this latest visit didn't disappoint. Steak and Kidney pie is a must. Other guests had the Cumberland sausage, gammon and chicken Kiev. Thumbs up for all. The lack of draught beer was compensated by the wonderful Lancaster blonde....More
