Lovely park. Particularly loved the leisure center and their baby pool. Friendly staff Only negative was the creaking floors. Cottage was well equipped and cosy. Comfy beds and clean. Will definitely be returning.

Excellent with one caveat, there is no Wi-Fi in the lodges, as also in Brunston Castle and Langharne, two other Seasons resorts. I think, in this day and age, this is unacceptable. The problem was further compounded by there being no Virgin mobile signal in the lodges, and only one bar in the restaurant. However, the lodges were excellent, there...

Generally very comfortable and spacious. Two things:Upstairs areas seem to have lots of creaking floorboards and bath was quite tricky to obtain hot water. More importantly-the oven barely worked. The hob worked ok but the oven itself produced very little heat.Quite a problem when cooking over the Xmas period. The staff were very obliging and actually offered for us to...

Well what can I say!! We stayed at Whitbarrow village for 4 nights over the New Year. There were 3 families all together, a total of 17 people and a good mix of adults and children. Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The lodges/cottages are perfect and very clean. The facilities in the lodge/cottage were exceptionally good and...

The room was ok but the bathroom was awful, there had obviously been a leak and the floor boards were soggy! The bathroom smelt terrible - needed some major renovation. Very disappointing - didn't want to get a shower in there - went to the pool to shower!

We have been staying at Whitbarrow for the last 15 years and find it perfect for what we want to do - which is to enjoy the wonderful scenery in the Lakes. Location excellent between Penrith and Keswick, and a couple of miles from the charming village of Greystoke. Easy access to Blen Cathra. We spent Xmas here with the...

We spent 5 nights at Whitbarrow and had a most enjoyable time. The facilities in our house were good, with efficient heating and plenty of equipment for us to comfortably stay there. We preordered a cot and a high chair, which were ready waiting for our arrival, and when we discovered that our one wasn't working it was quickly repaired....
