Stayed for a wedding in the village and didn't want to leave after meeting Josie and Michael! We had a room made up early so we could get ready for the wedding on time, offered food every time they saw us, and even offered to iron my shirt for me! The room was very large and comfortable, and an excellent...

We stayed at Cedarwood while visiting Castle Geoghegan for a wedding and had the most warm welcome and best craic with Josie and Michael. Fantastic hospitality and great chat. I almost need another wedding as an excuse to go back and see them!

Just back after spending a night in Cedarwood House while attending a wedding nearby. We asked could we change there for the wedding as we were only arriving on the day. We were assured that this was no problem and on arrival were warmly greeted by Josie and offered tea, sandwiches and basically anything we fancied. It was like we...

Stayed in Cedarwood House b&b for wedding nearby. Offered tea and sandwiches on arrival. Lovely breakfast next morning. Josie even left left out sandwich for my son as he was on strong antibiotics, this was left outside his bedroom door when he returned from wedding. Extremely friendly and helpful couple, could not praise them enough.

If you want an impersonal place to stay, where staff are purely polite, then find yourself one of the big, generic hotel chains, as this place isn't for you. If however you want a place that treats you like a relative, not a guest, that is homely and welcoming, then you've just found it. Nothing is too much trouble for...

Stayed here while attending a wedding near by. Staff were wonderful and so friendly and attentive without being 'in your face'. Breakfast was superb! They even made a dippy egg for our toddler. Room was clean and comfortable, and we had a great nights sleep.

I felt completely at home in Cedarwood House when we stayed there last week. Relaxed, comfortable and friendly. It was just right. We went to Castletown Geoghegan for a family wedding. We stayed in the B&B for two nights and we are so pleased that we chose it. The wedding venue at Mount Druid was a 5 minute walk up...
