My boyfriend and I stayed in Cedarwood House last night and had a lovely experience. We were attending a wedding near by and Josie texted us to let us know we could check in early so we could get ready for the wedding. We were greeted by her husband on our arrival who offered us complimentary tea and sandwiches which...

We are just after returning from a two night stay at Cedarwood B&B along with another couple. We had been down in Castletowngeoghan the same weekend last year for a family wedding and all the guests (11couples in total) who stayed here are still talking about the hospitality they received so we decided to give it a try.Well it did...

Thanks Josie for a great stay in July for the Ryan/Emma wedding. You and your team were great hosts and provided everything we needed. Excellent big breakfasts and looking after all our needs. We loved the "can-do" attitude and nothing ever a problem. Cheers

What a godsend! Kind Josie and Michael took us in when we were left high and dry by a B&B near them we couldn't get into on arrival, because it had closed down after we'd made our booking, but then failed to inform us of this! They were so kind and welcoming to two weary and downhearted travellers. Can't thank...

We were attending a nearby wedding in the area, and stayed with Cedarwood house B&B. Our experience was faultless all through our stay. Greeted on arrival with tea and sandwiches which went down a treat with the long day ahead of us! Getting ready for wedding was made especially easy as my wife needed an iron for her clothes and...

We attended a wedding at the nearby Mount Druid resort and booked a room at the Cedarwood House since there was no other option close to the wedding venue...what a mistake! The decoration of the house is dreadful, shabby and garish (concrete clogs at the bottom of the stairs, life size dolls, a lot of clutter everywhere...). The rooms are...

Stayed at Cedarwood B & B for two nights, on arrival we were met by Michael and Josie (the owners) , who made us feel very welcomed from the beginning. After showing us to our rooms, we were then invited down for sandwiches, tea/coffee and biscuits. Nothing was too much trouble the whole time we were there. We were a...

Stayed for a wedding in the village and didn't want to leave after meeting Josie and Michael! We had a room made up early so we could get ready for the wedding on time, offered food every time they saw us, and even offered to iron my shirt for me! The room was very large and comfortable, and an excellent...

We stayed at Cedarwood while visiting Castle Geoghegan for a wedding and had the most warm welcome and best craic with Josie and Michael. Fantastic hospitality and great chat. I almost need another wedding as an excuse to go back and see them!
