If you are reading this wondering if you should use MPH as your wedding venue then my advice is a definite yes. I got married here in December & it was just perfect, it really couldn't have been any more perfect as far as I'm concerned. Now, we're kind of control freaks so we had things taken care of &...

We attended a wedding at The Middleton Park House on last Saturday. The moment we arrived we were greeted by the owner Thomas Grey, who extended a genuine and warm welcome. The staff were all very professional, and attended very quickly to our every need. The Middleton Park House in its authentic setting is classy and tranquil with fantastic views....

Attended two big functions here. Food was lovely. Dancing area was very strange as the band set up at foot of stairs which impeded guests going up stairs. Lovely setting though. Nice to see the house getting a new lease if life

We held our wedding here in July 2015. We booked two years previously and were eagerly awaiting our stay in Middleton Park House. We were utterly enchanted by the house upon our first visit in 2013. We were first drawn in once we entered the long secluded drive leading to a private, breathtakingly striking georgian house. Over the two years...

We were on an organised train trip. Except for the bar, with its peat fire, the hotel was on the cool side. A basic hotel is the best description. The grounds were maintained to the basic level, basic breakfast with no muesli or fresh fruit but plenty of Rice Krispies and Coco Pops. Bedrooms needed dusting. The windows in our...

Attended a wedding here early in the summer. Up until then I didn't even know it existed. Fantastic venue and fantastic staff. Paul could not have been more helpful and all the staff were friendly. Charlie in the bar had a smile at all times even though over three nights we kept him up very late. Loved the food ,...

Attended a wedding reception there with my wife. A friend of hers getting hitched. This is a stunning 19th Century Georgian house with a fantastic Turner conservatory in which they served some food and tea/coffee. Prices in the bar were reasonable, although I think there were not enough staff to copy with the number of guests. The dinner was very...

We had our wedding here August 21st. From the minute we visited the house,my heart was set on it.Right from the beginning,I found the interaction between us & staff,Paul,Kathrina,Carol,Maree, timely,no email was left unanswered & all queries were dealt with efficiently. On the lead up to the big day, I was probably sending 4/5 emails a day, to kathrina, changing...

Lack of communication from start to finish, staff unhelpful and very slow. Food only ok. You have to plead with them to get anything done. The wedding planner is non-existent. Nobody's in charge and its very hard to get a straight answer from them. So frustrating. They take your money and run!
