Relaxing atmosphere in the lap of nature.
Beautiful property, well maintained.
Mouthwatering food, specially " PANEER LABABDAAR".
special thanks to front desk person Mr Arjun ,
And also Sohan Bhaia from kitchen for providing fast services .
Though due to covid we were not able to enjoy Pool or Spa services , ( as these were not functional).
Pocket friendly prices .
Services on which they need to improve - kids zone .
Definitely recommended and would like to visit again.

Property is good but the service is pathetic. Owner and staff don’t have any priority in customer service. We stragglers for the room allocation 2hrs inspite of prior bookings. Don’t have basic sense of timing, food quality blow average. Rooms are ok but the most of the amenities are not working. Throng twice if you are planning for this designation.

Property is good. View is awesome. Food is good.

Dirtiest pool i have even seen. Service is less than average. Rooms are very average with the amount they charge. No cleanliness (you have ask for it).

Water bottles they give are not sealed, means you got the tap or normal RO water (can't say).

You are asked to pay the total amount at check-in itself. (Probably because they know you may leave once you find out how bad the service is!)

No room service - only once and only for snacks. You cannot even expect a bottle of water to be given at the room.

No alcohol provided or allowed.

Unplanned flimsy construction means your bathroom could be 4x4 ft small or non existent altogether.

Really lousy and unaccommodating staff.

Not recommending this place to anyone ever.

If you prefer staying in a five/four star hotel then this not a place for you.
Staff is good. Very friendly and co-operative. Riya and Shashank from the staff are good. Food is good.

Rooms are just okay. I stayed for three nights. . In my room AC did not work for the whole stay. Mini bar fridge had a lose connection. Bathroom water flowing out as the glass door rubber were not properly fixed. Towels and napkins were old. I think they are using for many years now. Cheap toiletries. One golf kart only for show purpose. Driver always missing.

Overall the stay was not comfortable.
Not worth spending your money at this hotel.

It was my second visit on 22 May, 2017. I came here before also in June 2016. This place is run by highly unprofessional people who are always looking to trouble you either with their POOR SERVICE OR WITH RUDENESS. This was my second visit and I was highly disappointed with the kind of services I got even after visiting this place for the second time. They will not serve you anything in your rooms. They will not let you sit near the pool side. They will charge you with a lot of money without even providing a single piece of service. This stuff is so unprofessional that they can also enter in your room without knocking the door. My check in time was 2 p.m. and I had entered hotel at 4 P.M disruption lady gave me the keys and when I went to the room these people were still cleaning in and they made me wait till 5 pm. I had to check out from the resort in one day itself though I booked the property for 2 days but the quality of services in this resort was so poor that I had to check out within a day nobody is responsible for anything, nobody takes charge of anything, the lady at the reception doesn't know anything. I don't know how they are running this property I will never recommend this property to anybody don't ever try to visit this place or you will be disappointed.

Literally lying in the midst of woods , you feel so close to paradise.
Mental refreshness , peace & a perfect weekend getaway vacation is guaranted. Splendid service, amazing rooms & food , and the evening sufi night did'nt make me want to go outside the premises.
Since its in proximi to dehradun city and aswell as mussoorie, city marvels and markets are well reachable.
Definately a must go.

Location: The resort is located near a hilltop where only one road connects to the main city. The road is quite steep and allows to pass only one car at a time. Ideally there should be communication between the starting point and the end point to ensure smooth flow of traffic or else there would be a traffic jam for no reason at all.

Resort Entrance: The entrance looks very impressive with properly constructed pathways and staircase connecting different building blocks of the resort. To carry your luggage to the room, you will get a golf cart. However the availability of golf cart is limited. We faced an issue when we requested a golf kart for checkout, however we had to wait for 30 minutes. And the golfcart driver told us that he was never informed to pick our luggage.

Rooms: We booked two joined family rooms. The structures are made of temporary metal beam which might give quaky feeling. The bathrooms were small and not clean. Even the taps were leaking. Since we booked the place for 10 people, the quantity of toiletries and the number of towels kept in the bathroom were not sufficient. It would be better that they manage the room depending on the number of guests. It appeared that the construction of rooms was unplanned as AC water was leaking inside the room.

Food: The food was okay, but the most painful thing was no room service. The restaurant did not serve alcohol.

Pool: The pool hygiene was not well maintained. Even the shower rooms had plumbing and electricity issues.

Other activities: The other activities seemed to be enticing only children and not adults.

Customer service: We were required to call the front desk multiple times to get an extra bed, and later extra cutlery. Basically the Resort management needs to learn that customer service is the key to success in hospitality industry.
