Most recent stayed - debating to stay in el Centro Historico or at a US chain hotel - Hotel meet my expectations - Friendly staff , extra clean rooms and location, location, location. This hotel was pretty hard to find since they don’t have a sign or anything out front to identify them, I think they also had/have the wrong address on trip advisor (should probably call them to confirm). That said, the location is really convenient for browsing shops, hitting the main square, or getting dinner. Parking is done by valet into...

Stayed at this hotel as part of a 12 day road trip throughout Mexico. My experience with the hotel was wonderful in itself, simply a beautiful and lovely hotel. However, the hotel provided the incorrect address through our booking site (we used Expedia). If you're new to driving in Mexico, San Luis potosi's old winding and unpredictable roads create a...

I stayed at Panorama three weeks ago. San Francisco has a better location and pricing and is in a converted old building -- but no AC or pool: otherwise very similar to Panorama. Reception is casual with little English spoken (vs Panorama). The rooms are large and utterly impersonal, the baths small. Those without windows (we stayed in 208 and...

The hotel has a great rate and is beautiful, the lobby and the building itself is wonderful and if you want to get a look downtown it is in an excellent location to see the marvelous city center. However, the room we got did not have a balcony and the inside rooms have NO WINDOWS! I kept waking up and...

Our music group has just arrived here, and it is a phenomenal location. Around the corner is the main Alameda that takes you everywhere to eat, to shop. Everything at your reach in 5 minutes. The Hotel rooms are small, very dark and have no restaurants. It has no air conditioning nor heating. So far in two days, our card-key...

The rooms are clean. The hotel is in an historic building. So has that charm. But there are not many spaces in the hotel to hang out- hence can't really appreciate the historic building. No restaurant. But the rooms were good. And the staff was friendly. Excellent location. I do recommend this hotel for its location and clean rooms.

Many reviews say there is a restaurant at this hotel....There is not. The location is great. Room was OK but toilet in bathroom had no leg room so you have to sit sideways. No heat so bring warm pjs in the winter. Had to go out for coffee in the am. Fine for the price

This hotel is in an excellent location within the historic district as it is within easy walking distance of most of the major tourist spots and is adjacent to one of the major pedestrian walkways.
