We've been there for 7 nights and we totally enjoyed our stay there. The room was small but perfectly tidy, bathroom was en suite and the room has flat screen TV and Tea & Coffee making facilities What do you need more on holiday? (We didn't need TV) Lanivet is located close to Bodmin and more or less in the...

I totally enjoyed my stay at Tremorvah. I had a delightful, spotless, twin room to my self with comfortable beds, ensuite shower and separate WC. There was plenty of wardrobe space and everything to make you feel at home including books on the shelf by the bed. (Dick Francis and Dan Brown fans will be very happy) A nice touch...

Didn't get to stay here! Tried to book this, but not sure what the woman was thinking. Not sure if the rooms were not available or whether she wouldn't consider two single people in two seperate double rooms. The reply I got - in bold- after a query was easily interpreted as quite shirty. Have now gone elsewhere.

Originally picked this B&B for its location only 6-7 miles away from the Eden Project as a 50th Birthday present from my Wife and we were returning to the Eden project after 10 year gap to see all the changes. The House itself is about a 10 minute gentle walk downhill to the centre of the Village. The Lanivet Arms...

We felt very well looked after, the rooms were spotlessly clean, bit on the small side but perfectly acceptable and very comfortable. Wendy served an excellent breakfast every morning, and created a very warm atmosphere. We enjoyed the talks at breakfast with Wendy and all her homemade preserves, as well as her sence of houmor! Wendy has been very supporting...

“Ask for a room at the back as they super views over the valley. I only just got the last room for my three night stay so I guess it's good to book early. The parking is best approached from the west as coming from the east is a bit tight if you have a large car.”
