Country Inn and Suites , Navi Mumbai has this great mix of a courteous staff and comfortable accommodation . The all roundness at this property of a hygienic housekeeping, tasty food at the restaurant , prompt bell desk , front office managers steps up the overall experience during the stay .
Special mention to the Duty Managers Sonal and Sudha for handling all queries promptly , Johnson at the Restaurant who always extends his support in giving the attention that the taste, customisations are as per the traveller’ need. Last but not the least the bell desk staff, Gopal who is always willing to help with your luggage with a smile on his face.

My stay was amazing at Country Inn and Suites Navi Mumbai. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. I had stayed foe two months and tgey had made sure that there is not even a single problem to me regarding housekeeping, restaurant, etc which simply means-Two months, 0 complains. If I ever get a chance again to visit Mumbai, I will surely stay at the same place. I would really like to appreciate Sonal, Sudha, Rohan, Shaan... Many more, who have been present for my queries day night and had solved it immediately. Also a big thanks to Deepak, Azhar from restaurant and the entire housekeeping and security team. You guys are doing a fantastic job. Because of you staying at Country Inn n Suite, is a class apart experience. This was my first visit to this hotel. I would say the better part of the hotel are definitely the rooms and a great agile team very humble for meeting each and every request made to them. A very decent breakfast spread with a good choices of food. Quite a few options for health freaks as well. I must say I had a good night sleep. Bathrooms are super cleaned and actually you get a feel of top notch sanitization standards following the new normal. Good job team. Hope to see you soon

I have been staying in this hotel many times and I keep coming back. Rooms are spacious and the staff is making sure that they are cleaned every day very carefully. The food in the buffet is very tasty and of high quality and furthermore, for very reasonable price. I loved the hotel terrace too.

Namaste, I had never been to India or on such a long trip from home. I was welcomed by my room attendant for the 11 days ,Ranjan (sp?) ,and my hotel room looked like a comforting escape from my workdays. Always an experience when as a spoiled American you stay at an overseas hotel, but I have to say it got BETTER each day. The restaurant had a lovely, immaculate dinner buffet each night with ethnic and continental choices. I was so happy that I tried the entrees and asked for help when I didn't know the main ingredients. No one should go to India and not try a little of everything! Finally, the front desk made sure that I had prompt and efficient transportation each and every day to Mindspace (the campus where my company was housed). Although Mumbai traffic was heavy, the drivers were all safe and prompt. I am glad I didn't have to drive since I haven't driven a Standard for years and you are extremely "close" to the other cars. I hope that when I return to India, I have the opportunity to stay at Country Inn only 20 minutes from work. Stay on the higher floor if you can. The only thing I didn't like is the hallway rug which always felt damp and smelled moldy, but that is a minor issue since my room had no rug and a nice big, comfy bed. BTW, this was a BARGAIN by American standards since the exchange rate was Rupees 71 = US $1. Room rate was around $70 USD. Keep up the great work!

Covid safe stay - I felt relaxed and the stay calmed my mind
Getting bored of staying home for long time I decided to stay in a safe hotel. Google searched me this hotel on top in Navi Mumbai. Based on past review, I booked a room for 2 nights on their website. Best part is they don't charge anything on booking, one need to pay at the hotel at checkin.
They stay was as expected from a 4-Star hotel. I was hygienic and the staff was maintaining all the safely measures for the pandemic.
The complementary breakfast and meals are served in the room. Although the taste of food was not fancy, it felt like they prepared it keeping hygiene in mind.
Another nice thing was the flowers they have at the lobby area. It freshened my mood when i went down for a walk and the morning sunlight brushed a tinted brightness on them.

We booked a banquet for our engagement ceremony along with rooms for changing. The manager as well as other staff were courteous. They very well navigated us through the entire experience right from dining to rooms checkout till the end of the day. If someone is looking for an intimate occasion with great services I do recommend this property. The Banquet was spacious enough to hold on to all the required functions at the venue, room service was quick and squeaky clean.

This hotel is a disaster. The room I received had bundles of hair in the corner & under the bed. If they can't even clean the floor, then am doubtful about the sanitization. I checked in in the evening, so they certainly had enough time to clean the room. Very poor housekeeping. the rooms look nothing like the photographs online. The lift was also dirty. there was no bathmat. when i asked the reception, for anything, the answer is dial 22 they will help you. the telephone in the room has a button which says housekeeping, whenever i dialled that, the number was busy. Finally managed to get a bathmat, which was threadbare. the anti skid mat in the bathroom had black mildew spots on it.
the biggest disgrace is the bathroom which has no overhead shower, only a handheld shower. this is ridiculous for a room at this price. even budget OYOs have an overhead shower. I think they have also run out of towels, because they have kept pool towels in the bathroom. i had complained about the wifi & the front office said they would send someone to check, it took half an hour for the person to come.
breakfast was another level of mess. chaotic & unorganised. they have what seems like flavoured yoghurt made in house (not the packaged one) it is kept on the buffet with no covering on it. i saw a dead fruit fly inside one bowl. it took 25 mins for a sunny side up, which was excessively salty. because of their slow service, there were guests waiting to be seated and while i was eating, i was asked if i have finished, as there are people waiting to be seated.
front office is least bothered when you complain, they stand there unfazed and offer up insincere apologies. I showed the Receptionist Sudha pictures of the hair i found in my room, but she had no response other than to say, we do sanitize, but sometimes somethings can be left behind.

Enjoyed the stay there. It was 91 days stay which cannot be easy but country Inn helped to make it comfortable at least.
