Though its a luxury hotel, I could not get the feel of it. The variety of items were very limited and baking items like muffins, crossoint, breads needs little attention. May be they need bakery chef for better and improved items. Apart from that, what disaapointed me is, the hotel rooms are always for 2 adults irrespective of whatever we are booking (that is default), but they charged me extra 1500 plus tax for extra occupant, because they I chose for 1 adult. When I can book another room for same amount for 2 adults, then why this parity. So, ut's a request that they look into this policy.

One of the best location I have visited you'll find everything nearby. My stay was for 5-6 nights felt very familiar with every staff members each and every staff is helpful the room is comfortable you'll find gym and pool to pass time also they have 3 restaurants to try different different food items . Must visit once .

During the check-in process, the staff was extremely supportive and accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated. However, our experience took a downturn during the stay as we encountered numerous issues. The air conditioning unit did not function properly, leaving the room uncomfortable, and despite making multiple requests for assistance, no action was taken by the hotel staff to resolve the issue. This lack of response and the continuous discomfort made our stay quite disappointing and turned it into a very poor experience overall

It is true that in certain rooms wherein the guests feel there is an AC issue we offer support by changing the rooms immediately. There are issues of AC when the previous guests tamper with the thermostats of the system. The engineering department gets the required room temoperature set in the room. But still if the guest is unhappy we change the room. But without giving any excuse, I humbly apologise for the same. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you. The service at this hotel was the most disappointing I've ever encountered. The reception staff, instead of ensuring your comfort, begins with a barrage of instructions. Moreover, the hotel has an unreasonable policy of not allowing visitors into rooms unless they are notified in advance

To put the record straight, we would like to first state the facts. You stayed at the hotel on the 9th floor.You booked thru' an online Travel Agent and stayed for only one night. Sir, please try and understand, the reception staffs duty is not only to ensure your comfort BUT also to brief you the house rules. Infact you should be happy that they take all the time to inform you all the details. Now in case you find the hotel policy unreasonable, you cannot blame the reception staff for the same, as the house rules are scripted by the management. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome that set the tone for the entire stay. Each breakfast service was expertly crafted, showcasing the culinary mastery of Chef Satish and his team. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the presentation to the flavors. Front desk guys are not helpful, breakfast spread was very poor and limited with no refill happening , servers are not attentive. The views from room are blocked, room service is also slow. Absolutely pathetic experience of stay, Not recommended at all.

Outside food & drinks arenot allowed here.
It's not due to covid restrictions, that is over long back. Its the Royal Tulip who has decided this to make more business and revenue for them.
We stayed here with 9 year old kid & offcourse when we are on vacation we all used to like varities of food like McDonald's, KFC, Pizzahut, Domino's.
But guess what, hotel decides that you are allowed to eat only what the serve.
I am surprised to see this here as even major 5 stars like Trident, JW no one stops us to carry outside food and liquor as we stayed many a times here without any such issue.How can someone decide this kind of policy. Who has the right to make such stupid policies. There must be someone who should be looking after on such issues that causes inconvenience to the guest. Even after paying a hefty amount to the hotels we don't have right to choose the food we want to eat.
After speaking to Mr. Sandeep who is most arrogant with his rude behaviour. Who doesn't even know how to deal with guests. I am pretty sure he has never been trained under proper Hotel Management course or else he would be knowing the proper way to handle the guests.
So if anyone is a food lover like me or love to explore variety of food from outside while staying in this hotel, please Stay away from this property.
The swimming is also closed to which hotel states Entry to Swimming Pool (Closed till further notice from State Govt.). Actually it's under renovation and no government notice to keep the pool closed.
I would not recommend to stay here.🥵

Good hotel in a good location. Starting from security to reception to support staff they welcome you and give you a royal feeling. From reception area where they have lord ganesha statue to the room there is a grand reception. Good amenities in the hotel. You need to have good budget to stay in this hotel

One of the best hotel in Navi Mumbai to stay.I stayed in October to celebrating my wife's birthday. Hotel staff is so co-operative. Especially thanks to Front office team and housekeeping to made my stay memoriable. They decorated my room with balloons and decent bed art ( also a flower bouquet and chocolate cake). One thing I really want to mentioned specifically that they are taking all safety precautions for Covid which is really important. Proper sanitization of your luggage upon check in. Wearing masks and gloves while check in process and sanitizing your rooms in front of you as well if you need.

I have serious doubts on that
Hotel seems to be not that friendly
However 2 adults with ID proof should allowed
Hence it's better to enquire first with hotel before booking
I’m unaware of any rule prohibiting non-married couples but I travelled solo. The place is laid back though so hard to imagine they do.
I mean are pets allowed in the room ?
No i highly doubt pets are allowed. But you will find really professional pet sitters in the Navi Mumbai vicinity if required.
