Went on ibis for training was staying there for 30 days , the room and the staff was very nice. They very great in their hospitality especially Aakash, he was one of the staffs, he was quick to answer out queries, always ready to help us with service and room related queries. The housekeeping staff was also quick to respond and take necessary actions.

Ibis Navi Mumbai is conveniently located in the head of Navi Mumbai’s shopping and business districts.
I checked into my room 510 which had a welcome note, some fruits and snack jars which was such a sweet gesture from ibis.
The room had a sweetbed which was comfortable along with a sofa, side table, tv, ample storage space, neat and clean bathrooms.
Their in house restaurant Spice It that has a new menu so I tried creamy Tandoori broccoli, Avo fries & chef special Dum Aloo which was delicious 😋
They also have a fitness room which has ample equipments to help you stay fit and burn those calories.
They have the longest breakfast available from 4 am to 12 pm which is perfect for early check in check out guests.
Their breakfast spread has ample choices for veg and non vegetarians.
They also have a play & music area where guests can play different instruments or games.
Each floor has a shoe polish machine and an iron room which is so thoughtful.
I love the decor and ambiance of IBIS hotel as it’s cool, vibrant & informal 😊
Staff is polite, attentive and serve you with a smile.
IBIS offers ample basement parking their guests.

Whenever I came to Mumbai on my return journey my pit stop is IBIS Navi Mumbai. This is our favourite destination for the dinner and the only reason the service what we get every time is truly exceptional. It is now our usual practice that From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the staff greet us with genuine warmth and professionalism. I want to thank Subhajit Saha who is Assistant Manager at the restaurant who every time promptly provide an outstanding hospitality. This time We went here on Christmas day and this time also He met us with a smile and a genuine desire to ensure our comfort. He asked small small food expectations of ours and gave total attention to detail. We took buffet and the food was exceptionally good. White sauce Pasta was also in good form so as Thai Curry. Subhojit was completely looking after all our needs which made our dinner most relaxing. Also I want to thank Mauzzam, Muskan,Jagat ,Hiten who were at the front office associate and they were also truly remarkable. I like Subhajit's willingness to go the extra mile to make our Christmas experience unforgettable as he gave special gifts to all kids. My experience at the Ibis Navi Hotel was nothing short of disappointing. To start, it took them a couple of hours to check us in, and when we asked for the WiFi while waiting, they responded with pure rudeness, saying, "we haven't checked you in yet." Keep in mind, we're English tourists in India with no local SIM cards. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the real disappointment unfolded when we decided to use their laundry service. They took our clothes without saying a word about pricing, washed them, and then, handed us a bill for a ridiculous £90!!! That's right, 90 GBP for a load of laundry, which was nearly double the cost of our entire room for a night. We genuinely could not believe what we were looking at.
But the madness didn't stop there. They had the audacity to accuse us of knowingly signing a consent form for these outrageous charges, a complete fabrication. We never saw a form, let alone signed it. When we finally laid eyes on the form, it was clear they had filled it out themselves, with absurd charges for items we never even had, like a dressing gown.
After hours of battling with the staff over this absurd laundry fee, they heartlessly deducted the entire sum from what we paid for the room and practically kicked us out. I had just gone through a traumatic surgery in another country which is already frightening enough, with minimal sleep and in pain. I offered a compromise, suggesting £50 for the laundry and another £50 for the room, but they rejected it, claiming the laundry was more critical. Their rudeness and complete lack of empathy left me in sheer disbelief.
This has undoubtedly been the worst 24 hours of my life, and I am utterly appalled by the condescending and disrespectful behaviour of the Ibis staff. Shame on them for exploiting and mistreating customers. Avoid this place.
Update: we went to our next hotel and looked through our laundry - they have SHRUNK everything and our football shirts have been STAINED with oil! I cannot believe we even paid a fraction of this laundry bill. I’m disgusted.

Overall food was nice specially the Sounth Indian food. And services provided by Shashikant were excellent. Proper hygiene was followed by entire team and food was served with properly cleaned cutlery.

Decent hotel for a comfortable stay. Designed in typical ibis style-very concise and minimalist. Food was decent . Buffet menus spread is decent. Service in the restaurant is good and our group who got together for a team dinner were managed well by mayuresh and Abdul.

The food quality is good. Staff is very supportive and polite. Varieties in buffet breakfast, however sometimes every 2nd day same dishes cooked. Room service is little slow not in terms of ordering food but in ordering drinks as well. I will mention @Mayuresh who is very courteous and attends the requirement very quickly and get it done on priority

Very poor hospitability. Reception staff is extremely uncourteous and rude. Rooms are awful as beds are extremely uncomfortable, and toilets are pathetic. Toilets and rooms are not sound proof. I had made reservation for one night but they were forcing me to overstay and were asking for a late fee despite informing the main desk in advance about checking out.
About breakfast area, there is no place to sit as the space is very small and the food inventory is limited. So, if you are late, you are on your own!!
