Hi, I stayed here a few days after it opened and then again a week later. The staff is doing a great job. Bhushan (the head chef) makes it a point to go out of his way to serve what the guests want and accommodate every request. The rooms are brand new and in great condition, Pratima at the front desk is always there with a smile and to help with anything needed. It is right on the main highway and easily accessible. Looking forward to many more stays here.

I would say this hotel has a lot of potential since it's located in a prime area but still lacks in some places. It's a fairly new hotel but you can already see the wear and tear happening in the room. We had a slight problem with our room and were shifted to a different one, the staff were very helpful. Lunch at the restaurant was delicious and so was the view. It took some time to get attention but then later everything went smoothly. In room dining could be made better , especially when you order for kids, please provide small spoons and bowls for a better meal. Also plz check for sugar sachets are in proper condition before serving them in the room. While check-out I noticed a small play card that said "pick up your complimentary ice creams here only for Marriott Bonvoy members children" Why was this sign hidden and weren't informed about it. Kids are your future customers, so keep them happy 😁 4 stars for housekeeping and security guy with a smiling face.

The Malang Restaurant has opened 10 days back at Courtyard and the interiors and decorations are very well maintained. I came with my family the staff of the hotel has been exceptionally very well. The hotel is very good, gym, pool, restaurant and staff service, have to mention Riya were excellent. Possible negatives are the location although taxis are very cheap and easy to get, and the road noise if you're on the road side of the hotel. Mumbai never sleeps and neither do the car horns. Sleep was affected in the first few nights then bought earplugs and problem solved, hence 3 rating. All in all it was ok.

Shubham Mali provided excellent service with a smile. He cleaned the room thoroughly and in addition to that, I had an issue with one of my dresses, which was stained with the pink dye from the holi festival. I was sitting in a rickshaw and someone threw water on us out of no where with this pink dye. I had tried to wash it out, but couldn't. Shubham told me he would get the housekeeping team to assist with cleaning the dress, I appreciated his help with this as I wasn't sure what else to use to get the pink color off.

I am writing about the buffet breakfast we went to from our hospital as a celebration post a conference we attended. We were told it cost 1600 and they would give us a discount. No mention that if we got a discount, it would be a working lunch!
The spread was the worst I have ever seen. The desserts were awful.
On the next table was a group who had paid the full amount and were constantly being served starters etc which were “ not for our discounted” table. Never has a 5 star treated us like the way we were.
Just feel very cheated and humiliated, especially since our hospital staff are regular customers there. The FN B manager didn’t even bother to apologise but kept saying it was a working lunch!
Such a awful working lunch in a 5 star place?
Marriott group needs to look into this. Their reputation is at stake

Jyoti does great house keeping. The room and bathroom were very clean and fitted with all required accessories.The Reception and Restaurant staff are very warm and welconing people with good intentions of serving guests. We would like to stay here as much as we can.
