The best hotel in navi mumbai. The hotel is very easy to reach because of its location and the airport pickup by the hotel was very comfortable for me, the driver was very professional and was driving very safely and comfortablely. When reached to the hotel the front office staff was very greetfull and mannerable and the check was smooth. The hotel got number of features. One of my best was the massage chair and the food was very delicious. Over all the experience was superb ♥️

we had connected with sarovar portico , for arranging our world physiotherapy day function. all our requirements were duly noted and taken care of, best part was that they care for the clients so much that they ensured everything was set as per the plan given to them and all arrangements were in place a day prior for the inspection. staff was cordial, well mannered and looked after all the delegates like VIPs ensuring the small small things were picture perfect.
if you want to host a function and at the same time enjoy that function without hassles of worrying everthing going smoothly , then just get in touch with sarovar team, special mention to Mr. gunnababu, RM of the hotel who takes care of guests like his own family and also to MR. Kanti, who is always running around to make sure that you get the best....
the premises are located conviniently close to the business hubs and thane belapur industrial bet , the location is such that commuting is as easy as snapping your fingers, because no matter whether you are coming from KHARGHAR or VASHI or THANE or Dombivili, is NOT going to cost you more than 25 minutes.
I highly recommend this venue and this team for all my contacts.

It was my 2nd time in this hotel and I had an amazing experience. The reception staff is very helpful, rooms are very good and properly sanitised, quick check in and food is very delicious. I would like to thanks Mr Shreyas and Kushi who helped me throughout during my stay( comfortable). I recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives.

I spent two nights at this place and the staff was very courteous and guest friendly.
In spite of being extremely polite, they don't make any compromise on hygiene and safety standards in view of ongoing Covid 19 pandemic.
Along with hand sanitization, the baggage of each guest is sanitised at the time of each entry.
Rooms are clean and all facilities are at par with global standard.
I would like to compliment their two young managers, Vaibhav and Shreyas for ensuring all comfort of the guests staying in this property.

I visited this property with family to spend a few year-end leisurely days. It was expensive for the limited facilities that they have at the property (very limited options for the kids, no proper swimming pool, gym equipments not working...calling for help did not work).They have an open air jacuzzi. But the timings are ridiculous...morning 7 to 10 and then whole day you cannot use it...again in the evening 7 to 9. God knows who came up with this kind of stupid timings.
However,the staff are very courteous and helpful. Right from reception to the security guard at the main entrance. The housekeeping folks are quick and super helpful.
Food was good and best part is they have thalis and combos at very reasonable rates.

From start I could say it’s the nearest one and easy to reach from suburbs and central and western, at the time of check it’s was smooth and all the covid protocols were followed, after entering the room it was pretty decent and excellent condition. Mr Shreyas was the fantastic person who make sure that each and every thing was in place, food was perfect with good taste and availability of mini fridge which adds a lot in it.
I would recommend every one to visit this place and will give a 5 start rating to it.

Over all the service is excellent . Neat and clean environment. Specially F&B Executive Laxman Singh took care of services and served us delicious hot food. BIRYANI WAS awesome. On enquiring chef Kunwar was the man behind the quality and fabulous taste if Biryani. We are frequent visitor and found consistency in quality of food and services. OPTION of enjoying a lunch buffet is with a very wide spread with different variety of dishes every day and one needs to keep his stomach empty before coming for lunch buffet. We always enjoy food and services and would highly recommend the place for lunch dinner with variety of options with family and friends.😋

This is one of the best hotel we have ever stayed with one of the best team too. Rims are very comfortable and very clean as well. The most I like about this hotel is their staff. From the general manager to the front desk manager to the front desk staff,housekeeping and also dining staff all are very friendly and they make sure that their visitors are comfortable in all way. Special thanks to Ritikant, Laxman, Vibou, Shiv and the entire team... kudos to all of u for the excellent service provided. Will surely stay again on my next trip.

We had a great stay at Majestic Sarovar Portico Hotel Mahape. We stayed here for 15 days. They offer good rooms with all the required amenities except swimming pool. We had stayed in Superior room. The location is very convenient. Staff is very polite and their service is great. Mr Amit Kumar from housekeeping and Mr Sanjit from the restaurant are very polite and prompt in service. The reception desk is very helpful and Ms Akshata from reception will surely help you out in case of any concerns. The restaurant White Voilet is a bit costly but you will enjoy the taste of all the food items. They even allow outside items and food delivery so you can opt for that as well. Breakfast spread is also very good and the staff is very helpful and provides timely service. If you are planning to stay in Navi Mumbai, then you can surely consider this hotel!

We went for lunch to celebrate Women's day and it really turned into Happy women's day. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We really enjoyed the whole lunch, and the desserts were cherry on the cake.

They don't have a swimming pool but they have a warm water jacuzzi at the open terrace of the hotel. Its not chargeable.
