I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Sky Suites by Monarch, and my experience was extremely disappointing.
The reception staff was shockingly rude and uncooperative, which set the tone for my stay.
Moreover, the breakfast service starting at 08:30 AM is unrealistic, especially in a city like Mumbai where commuters face heavy traffic and need an early start.
The team's unwillingness to accommodate basic requests or offer any assistance was appalling.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The lack of flexibility, rudeness, and unprofessionalism make it an unwelcoming choice.

Last night I went here as there was some function at my place so I booked this hotel for 1 night from agoda :-
I was allotted room no 2701 well talking about the room it was clean and hygienic and offered a great view of NaviMumbai as you can see it in the photos and that's all now the problem arises
When I went to check the washroom there was no toiletries provided it was served later when I asked to the room service also there was no water bottles (Bisleri) provided, I had to ask for it!!! but the thing which pissed me off is when I used the toilet and there was no water in the washroom like seriously not even a single drop and that's where I got pissed off , somehow I managed to sanitize myself with toilet papers then I called the receptionist and arranged a bucket of water for me and I was soo embarrassed like I cannot even wear my lowers because of this thing and I have to open the door to get the water from the room service then after that when I again called the receptionist they told me that there is some problem with the pump and it will get fixed by morning so I have to pass the night with 1 to 2 bucket of water , later I tried to connect the wifi and the wifi was also not working so the whole night I spent there ,there was no internet connection just 2 poles of mobile network that to 2G that's why I needed to go to the reception or lobby area to take the call and comeback again to the room then somehow I managed to take a sleep and after I woke up again the view was just amazing but the water problem was still not solved so I checked out before time so that I can go back to my home and get freshen up.
Now talking about food being a food blogger I expected that I will get what I have asked for & I asked for misal pav but it was not misal pav it was some normal bhaji pav like there was no moong dal , no matki just potato in the the curry It shocked me again well about the taste it was good no doubt but when you guys only told me you are going to serve misal pav then why you send bhaji pav atleast you can give me the right information of what you're serving to me!!!
Now talking about the staffs well they all were well mannered, courteous and always happy to help no doubt but they don't wear a masks or face shields/Gloves and seriously not even a single guy wore the mask!!
Hope this feedback /review will help them improve on there services. I m hoping for some compensation from you guyzz as I got very pissed and disappointed from your service.
I m giving 2 stars for the humble behavior of the staffs and cleanliness of the room as well as the city view it offered.

This was my 2nd stay in this hotel and I did a big mistake by returning here. In my first visit also, the room was not properly cleaned, washroom was stinking! The bedsheets were not changed. I am staying at this hotel at present and the same issue persists- room is smelling of pee and stinks to the core. It is impossible to even stand in the room. Housekeeping doesn’t bother to keep the rooms clean and doesn’t care of the guests at all! The phone in the room was not working. Worst is, with just 1 elevator working, you have to keep waiting for the lift to come. So if you are at 28th floor, God help you!
Least, they could not even keep a ‘toaster’ for the breakfast. The bread packet is kept for you to eat the bread as it is.

I am giving a rating of 1 only because there is no zero rating. I had to stay there for a night on an official visit and really regretted the decision. It felt like a lodge with nice bathroom fittings. Other that the new taps, nothing was nice about the place. The towels looked as if they had been snatched out of a donkey's mouth. The sheets looked brown as if washed in gutter water. I was scared of getting some disease just by staying the night. The room was so tiny that I felt suffocated and kept the door open all night! There were no windows. Since the room was on the 27th floor, I expected great views and breeze, but instead got four damp walls! Breakfast was included, and it was a unique experience all by itself! the 25th floor is the refuge area, and in that they have placed a few tables and chairs as a "restaurant". The servers had no clue when the breakfast will start and what the menu was. There were no fans since it was the refuge area and they opened the sliding doors for air! All kinds of building and fire violations were happening. The lift on that floor could not be called from outside, so I walked down to 25th floor and then brought the lift up. Had to do the same with my luggage while checking out. No one around to ask or guide. Intercom was not working. The staircase had "servants toilets" which were unimaginably dirty and piled with garbage. Thankfully I only had to spend 8 hours in the place and checked out as soon as I could. To think that my company paid 4000 for this!

The room which you booked was Executive Dark room, which does not have any windows and the same is depicted clearly on the site you made your booking from. The lift is serviced very regularly and takes the standard amount of time a general elevator would to go from 0 to the 27th floor. We are extremely sorry for your breakfast experience since the restaurant has been temporarily closed for upkeep and maintenance. In order to ensure our guests are caused no inconvenience, the refugee area was opened only for breakfast and the same is cleaned and setup each day. Upon verification from our team, we did learn that you wanted certain discounts which our team politely declined as you had already made a booking but we did direct you to book on our website which offers the most competitive pricing and best offers.
