Ours was a fantastic stay, amidst COVID-19 clouds we were given utmost care and attention at the Iris Suite. Two important things of a hotel stay - Room Comfort & Food, here I would give this hotel 11 out of 10. the room-stay (provision of requisites as well as going into all details of comfort) and till we finally completed our four nights stay, I & my family were pampered continually.

I was travelling for business and needed a home away from home after all those meetings, luckily I came across Iris suites. The hospitality and services offered were very good. The WiFi and other amenities are also up to the mark . All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Really sad place to stay. The pictures on booking.com are misleading and the amenities are not at all what they say they are. Dirty rooms, poor linen, none of the appliances work. Very very sad views and its a pity we didnt research the place before booking. Not fit to stay with family or friends.

Rooms are very small and no clear distinction between smoking and non smoking rooms. Bedding is unclean and uncomfortable. No utensils in the kitchen except 2 glasses. Furniture is old and broken. Extremely small TV in the room.

Never go with expectation is service apartment.. as you don't find anything in kitchen .. pls check the pictures Room is also single star level .. Today is my last day and My experience is really bad, due to following: 1) reported issue on first day that ther is Boling water in toilet shower which was fixed on 3rd day of my stay.. 2) beds are not at all cozy, they are like with 3inch mattress and backrest keep making funny noise 3)room size is too small that If you open luggage.. you are not have any space to move 4) inclusive breakfast is very limited like first day total options were dal vada and medu wada sambar and tea,. Later days they increase one option I.e. bread butter 4) On fifth day morning it was started with strong foul smell that initially I was not able to found, later while leaving at 10 am I found, there was dog poop was there on the entrance door, my surprise was that till 10 no one have courtesy to clean that and Eve after reporting , expression was so casual . And at night I order very basic food like paratha and lassi which I have cancel after waiting for 50min 5) in room service , no one refill like never ever I got filled or water bottle if earlier is almost empty.. 6) my first day , was that room TV was not recharged, WiFi was not working, no water bottle, boiling water in toilet shower etc Restaurant is fine and reasonable but with limited options and poor service I am sure that most of reviews are sponsored or level of hotel is deteriorated …

I was looking for a nice serviced apartment during my visit to Navi Mumbai for an official visit. I had to stay for a week and hence an apartment was my first choice. I travel to Navi Mumbai often and this is the only apartment hotel kind of a property in the whole of Navi Mumbai. Breakfast was a nice buffet spread in their dining area. Staff was quite courteous. So definitely my goto place in the next visit.

The Hotel has all the modern amenitis with the best of staff services which always showed a warm gesture towards us.Not to forget about the food they serve delicious food.The apartments will totally give you a homely feeling without doing any work and everything being at your service. I would surely recommend this place if you want to have that home away from home feeling.
