Went to have lunch and book golf..despite the long trek to get to the clubhouse..where you begin to lose the will.... No shade to park in (there has been but it is now in disrepair..like some of the other fencesetc at the resort) so we were obliged to take our Labrador into the reception desk with us. Before we could...

Drove past Desert Springs and thought we would pop in to see the resort. We were impressed with the clubhouse and that we were made welcome to have a drink, even though we were not members or staying there. 2 days later, having booked, we played golf there. It is a very difficult course with narrow fairways and loads of...

Again, thanks for the kind comments; just another word of explanation about the menus. There are two main menus available every day: First, a “Chefs Selection Menu” of Spanish oriented fine dining dishes. This incorporates a menu del dia consisting of a choice of 4 starters, 4 main courses and 4 desserts, bread and coffee, all included, at a current...

Stayed in a 2 bed apartment, very quiet at this time of year so not may people around. Quite well equipped, welcome pack provided with the basics, some English TV channels and WIFI. The main issue is beds which are quite small and not the best quality. Golf course is in excellent condition with a few challenging holes, especially if...

Thanks are due to the reviewer for the kind comments, so just a couple of clarifications by way of information to readers: The standard singles and twin bed sizes provided by owners at the Resort are 0.9 wide by 1.9 long; these can on, special request and subject to availability, be increased to 2.0m long; beds are always being replaced...

Golf is great despite poor weather for the time of the year. Very good course and excellent service from the golf team.....Bar and restaurant service is disappointing and needs to be improved. Overall the golf resort of Desert Springs is well worth a visit.

My husband and I have been playing this course at least once a year, one week per visit. Everything is perfect about this golfing holiday, the course, weather, the stay, staff.... We are going again in a month's time!

Bit difficult to find so leave time even with a sat nav. Really enjoyed the course, fine for both me (5 handicap) and wife (22 handicap). Nice mix of holes and good condition, also not busy so less than 4 hours which was a delight as other courses we played were 5 hours +. Friendly members and also staff at...

4 of us stayed here last week in one of the villas - 10 Desert Gold. The villa itself was lovely and I think we were the only people staying in that area of the resort so we had the communal pool to ourselves. All the team members are really friendly and will happily go out of their way to...

What a great resort. I stayed at a friends house about a 2 minute walk from the clubhouse. I had a great time. The course is challenging but excellent and the food in the clubhouse was great. The staff are friendly and There is a deck menu for the day and a reataurant menu for the evening. Could not fault...
