My wife and myself have just returned from a 9 night stay at the Miracle Resort Hotel.
There have been a few negatives on this hotel recently, but IMHO these have come from people nit picking on trivial issues.
Was our stay perfect? No, there were a few things they need to address and some things that are probably out of their control. But it didn't stop us having a nice holiday.
Our arrival at the hotel was spot on, no queues at the desk, attended to straightaway by a helpful young lady, paperwork completed the porter takes bags to a very nicely sized, modern, clean side sea view room on the 6th floor.
The pools and grounds are fantastic, you couldn't really ask for more. The beach and surrounding beach bar are great as well. So 5 out of 5 there as well.
The numerous bars and restaurants scattered throughout the complex can't really be faulted either. I was especially fond of the Doner Restaurant for my lunch and would have gone every day if my wife had let me. 5 out of 5 again.
There are currently the expected Covid restrictions in place which means some of the A la Carte restaurants are closed, but this really wasn't an issue. We paid the extra 10 euro per person on 3 nights for this and was happy to do it. Let me stress it was not because the normal restaurant was poor, far from it. Loads of choice and nice food. Its just nice to be waited on for a romantic evening sometimes. What was an issue was the totally disregard by some people ignoring the social distancing or not wearing masks in areas where you asked to do so. The rules were clearly stated on notices for people to read, but there was no one from Hotel management to make sure people obeyed them and some people just ignored them with no one to pick them up on it.
The only other thing you could have a little bit of a moan about if your really picky is the breakfast. Theres loads of food available, but a simple thing like a rotary toaster is missing, that could be down to Covid safety measures, I don't know. I'm not a big breakfast eater, but I do like a piece of toast with my morning coffee. No Biggie really as the then start offering a choice of food from the different bars and restaurants from 12.
To sum up, would I go back? Thats a yes.

I have just returned home from a 10 night family holiday at The Miracle Resort and I have to say that it was brilliant from start to finish.
From our arrival at the hotel to the day we left, we loved every second of it. Checking in was simple and our bags were brought to the room promptly.
The hotel itself is a huge complex. Its true that parts of the hotel are closed, in particular some of the à la carte restaurants as only the Mexican and Italian are in operation. Both of which were lovely and worth the additional cost. The amphitheatre is also closed and the nightclub is only in operation til 12am, but was enjoyable. The night-time shows were brilliant and catered for all guests. Some of the bands were especially good.
The food on a whole throughout the buffet restaurants to the smaller day time kebab restaurants was nice initially, however quickly became boring and repetitive. My only fault would be the breakfast, which I found to be below average with little option. The same opinion was echoed throughout our group. But despite this, it wasn't enough of an issue to lower my 5 star review.
The hotel in general is very clean and the staff work tirelessly throughout all of the complex day and night to maintain such a high quality of cleanliness. The rooms were lovely and great in size. Covid 19 regulations are well and truly abided by, with hand sanitisers and facemasks provided throughout and all tables cleaned and disinfected after use.
The pool was fantastic as was the pool bar in general, both day and night. Most of my favourite staff worked in the Pool Bar, and I would especially like to praise and thank Ferhat who went above and beyond looking after me and my family for the entirety of our holiday. It would not have been the same experience without him, the man deserves a payrise.
The Cabanas on the beach are available for an extra cost and are well worth the money, with food and drink served to you all day. The five hour boat trip available to book at the Beach was also a fantastic day out and well worth the money.
If you wish to venture out to bars and restaurants, sadly there are only three or four nearby. I had food in the Hayat restaurant on a number of occasions, which was always nice and live sports are shown also. There are plenty of shops nearby for any shopping you wish to do so, as well as pharmacies and mini-markets should you need them.
Overall I cannot rate this hotel enough. Some people will have complaints about certain things, however it is all down to personal experiences and preferences. However if you're looking for a relaxing and fun holiday, then this is the place for you. Despite now having to quarantine following our return to the UK, I look forward to returning in the future once Covid regulations are lifted.

Just arrived home after a 7 night stay at the Miracle and all I can say is ignore negative reviews! I have nothing but praise for the resort which is stunning and caters for everyone. The room was extremely clean and spacious and was serviced daily. The food was fab and although it’s a different way of having to choose your food and wait for the staff to serve you, we never queued for long. The vast array of choice leaves you wanting for nothing as they cater for all. The snack bars were amazing and you had the opportunity to get something to eat 22 out of 24 hours! The drinks were great and again never had to queue for long even at the pool bar. The pool was one of the nicest I have been to and you always were able to get a sun bed and parasol and it was a lovely touch having Mehmet pushing his champagne trolley around the poolside daily. I would also like to thank Mehmet for his assistance and friendly welcome every day and was always attentive to our needs. The alacarte dining was exceptional and worth the 10 euro per head reservation fee. Both Italian and Mexican was superb. The hotels attention to safety and hygiene made us feel safer than we do in the UK and everything was disinfected and cleaned throughout the day. This was our first venture to Turkey and it won’t be the last and will definitely return to the Miracle soon!

What a great week away we had for only our second holiday abroad!
Beautiful hotel which included large, modern and regularly cleaned rooms, fantastic big outdoor pool/kids pool/slides with plenty of sun beds, pool bar and pool snack bar with lots of friendly faces.
Lovely private beach area with 2 bars again with lots of sun beds as well as a small pier with more sun beds. You can also take part in paid activities/excursions on the beachfront to the right side of the beach.
Big lobby area for guests coming and going.
Massive lounge which included another bar and even a really nice outside seating area! There is also an indoor pool/gym.
So many eating options throughout the day you really will not go hungry! (Ask for the sweet crepes)!
Everywhere was so clean and the staff work tirelessly throughout the resort to achieve this.
Check in was nice and simple with lots of COVID measures in place which included sanitiser at hotel entrance/reception and on all tables, temperature checks and mask wearing.
The entertainment team were fantastic day and night and all staff made us feel welcome but a special mention must go to Farhi, as well as the tall lad (didn’t get his name 😁) both always made time to chat every time they saw us!
We would 100% recommend and will certainly return!

What a nice place and experience for a holiday especially in these difficult times. They really have this Covid thing sorted, better than any experience in the UK so far, leaving you to feel safe and able to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Arrival and Reception was very efficient; luggage fumigated, temperature checked, fresh masks issued, asked to wear masks inside the public areas of the hotel and off to the room. Our luggage arrived moments later. Further to this there is hand sanitiser for your use on every table and bar area. The hotel is big and was operating at about 60% capacity due to Covid restrictions which made it very comfortable. Its staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Special mention should go to Cunay, Tayfun and Fahri (hope I've spelt your names correctly) for going over and above and certainly exceeding our expectations. Most kind of you. The hotel is immaculately clean both inside and out with the pool being an absolute wow! The gardens and outside areas are beautifully kept. The restaurants throughout are very very good. The main restaurant can often get quite busy. There are plenty of bars and food outlets inside and out including the beach to meet your needs. Plenty of shopping locally (in the evening) and we managed and easy journey to Belek by taxi. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and look forward to returning sometime in the near future. To the hotel team thank you.

We stayed at the Miracle resort hotel June 2017. The Hotel is very large and is very clean through out and its cleaned 24/7. The food is passable the is very little choice for kids the main issue we had with the main restaurant was kids running wild around the restaurant and nothing was said by the Hotel staff in the restaurant we had to go to the guest relations to report the issue. Our room was on the first floor which we had a issue using the lift as only one lift out of the 3 serves the first floor. Our room was very clean free mini bar and safe and hair dryer but we had a few downsides to it there is no tea making facilities and you can not use your own kettle or you can not use your own iron / curling tongs / hair dryer etc if you do and you are found they will be removed by a member of staff and they will be removed on check out there is a ironing service charges for a T shirt is 3 euros. There are shops within the hotel but there other shops and super markets within walking distance most like to take euros but the large super market take Turkish lire. The swimming pool is very large and clean and they check the water quality a few times a day there are plenty of sun beds around the pool but beware there is a lot broken. During the day there is entertainment for everyone including a kids club at night its a little bit of a let down some nights. The drinks are passable and the beer is Efes, Check out is 1200hrs so if your flight is in the evening like most are you can keep your room on if available at 10 Euros an hour. Now would I return to the Miracle Resort Hotel again the answer is yes

AVOID !! The whole holiday is miss sold this is definitely not a 5star hotel ! Arrived on 30th aug for a week and couldn’t wait to get home ! The hotel itself is very nice to look at and very clean we had paid extra for a side sea view so was really disappointed when we opened the balcony door to find we were greeted with a view of a building site after complaining we were reluctantly moved to the other side of the hotel where the view was much better . After a long day travelling we were looking forward to going down for our tea in the so called 5 star restaurant this was to be our first and last visit here for our tea the food was vile they seem to only cater for certain nationalities mainly Germans we had to pay extra every night to eat in the al a carte restaurant which was much better but being on a all inclusive plus you should not have to pay ! Breakfast was even worse again nothing catered for the English unless you want sloppy runny scrambled eggs and chips for your breakfast ! Also good luck in finding a clean table you had to walk the length of the dining hall to try find a table as nothing was ever cleaned up ! The staff were not helpful and just pretended they couldn’t understand anything you asked them for ! If it wasn’t for the snack bar at lunch time which was the best food in the hotel then you will starve unless your willing to pay ! The holiday is sold as all inclusive plus but their was nothing that was a plus at the bar none of the inclusive drinks where branded and we were told it was up to 5 euro per drink if you wanted a branded drink ! The night entertainment was boring and mostly in Turkish so couldn’t understand the bar at the night timer only ever had 2 staff working so you could queue up for up to 2o mins a time for a drink and majority of the time they had no glasses and you had to drink from a paper cup ! Again how is this 5 star !!! All this really let the hotel down as the pool and weather was the best part of the holiday ! I do however have to give a special mention to Ahmet who worked on the bar who was by far the friendliest member of staff and couldn’t do enough for you ! Also Kamil from the entertainment team kept our spirits up and encouraged us to join in the daily darts games by the pool . All in all a terrible experience here on our first trip to turkey and will definitely not return again . I strongly advise anyone against going here especially if your English as you will be highly disappointed .

We would like to clarify a few points about the style of our hotel. In our hotel we are glad to welcome all guests, regardless of their nationality. Perhaps the reason the service staff misunderstood you is that they were very busy. We understand your frustrations, but sometimes it's worth being patient or visiting the restaurant during off-peak hours. The pandemic has made adjustments to the work of the hotel and the work of the staff has improved. In addition, we will of course pay attention to your comment regarding the quality of the food. However, if you need something, you can always contact our guest relations department for help. We understand that the voucher was bought by you as "included", and our hotel is really plus all inclusive, however, all hotels of this concept differ from each other. Just returned from 5 nights here and highly impressed with the hotel. If a holiday in Turkey is something you want without the hassle and the bartering to get you into shops or restaurants then this hotel and Lara Beach in general in the place to come. Everything you need is within the hotel. Many different bars and places to eat. Fantastic pool area, great entertainment and late disco and access to the beach from within the hotel grounds. The rooms are very plush and spacious - with a mini bar full of soft drinks and snacks for free within the room. Staff are fantastic and all wear masks. Guests only need to wear masks in the main dining hall whilst selecting food. There are shops within the property and also a spa where you can book transport. We went as a couple but it was also great for families with small children as they have an indoor kids club that children can attend, they also have a shaded pool to protect little ones from the heat during the day. Only negative I could give is the lack of an “English breakfast option” - no bacon, sausage, beans or toast as an option ... only eggs! Everything else was superb and we intend to return next year. Top tip .... all outlets seem to prefer Euro but we took lira ... shop round for best value on currency.

Hotel is spotless rooms large and great views from balcony .The main swimming pool is excellent sunbeds were not the most comfortable with quite a few broken ones but they were getting replaced when staff noticed them . Food was ok not much choice at breakfast but lunches were great sometimes a struggle to get a table at night the alcarte was amazing .We had to queue for drinks most of the time not as many waiters doing table service may be covid related but hotel has done a great job with sanitiser stations all over the hotel and grounds temperature checks at reception and entering restaurant and face masks in indoor public areas felt really safe all things considered a great safe family holiday

We spend a really great week at this hotel. Everything went smoth from check-in to check-out, the staff was kind and helpful, thanks to Ms. Sude. Foods were delicious with lots of options. Thanks to chef Ahmet, waiter Osman Karaca and Serdar from preparation. Pools are very large and waterslides were great for kids, you dont have to stay far to adults pool to look after kids. Although it is not allowed, people reserve places in pool by leaving their towels before the breakfast, I cant blame the staff but they should find a way to control this, we started to do the same after a few days. They generally use cheaper versions of alcohols at bars, which is normal for all inclusives, staff are kind and helpful, thanks to barman Umit and waiter Hakan Aydin who served our table while we watch the great animations and shows. Yes, we watched 6 shows and 5 of them were really great, don't miss them!. Pool and other daily activites are fun but was difficult for me, try if you dont shy, all animation staff were friendly, thanks Timur and Talha!!!. Rooms were clean and well looked after, mini bars are filled daily. The beach is very nice but use it before noon as it becomes very wavy after noon. Children loves waves. Snack bars were nice, you cant get hungry in this hotel, actually I stopped having lunches after a few day. Tourists from everywhere, generally from Europe (whole). And as usual there were some rude ones too. But we had set ourselves to be positive and had a great holiday. Staff's job is not easy, they work under 40c, sometimes they cant smile, but even a little kindness is enough to get them back to life.
