I’m English 26 and on my own this was the best place I have stayed ! The Olsen is exactly what is says it is a beautiful well kept hotel in the most prime of locations and the most lovely of staff!! On check in I was invited to eat and we really did develop a friendship! Clean comfy rooms great air conditioning and they are always so willing to help with any trip any food drink areas and any needs you have ! Most beautiful of spots for breakfast a minute walk out the front and right on the old town and bazar fantastic stay ! Thankyou till next time

New hotel in the heart of Old city😍 Just one minute walk to harbour! Staff is very friendly and room is new. Breakfast fresh and delicious. Shopping centre in 10 minute walk. Antique shops all around. We found a lot of interesting souvenirs.

Well, I don’t know how to start. There are a lot to be said. I believe that the hotel is a family business and I don’t want to be really mean, but I need to say what bothers me. First, the hotel is not like in the pictures, I mean the pictures were made when they opened. The walls are extremely dirty, the bathrooms, are under any criticism…they MUST invest some money on this place, from all what we saw we liked the reception…Secondly, the breakfast…horrible…it was really poor…5-6 types of cheese everyday, one type of salami, some tomatoes and cucumbers, boiled eggs, French fries, and sometimes some sausages. For someone with diary intolerance is not good. Thirdly, I did not expect them to change my bed sheets every day, but i was surprised when I saw that I need to ask for…If they want to keep going with this place they must invest some money because for sure they done nothing since they opened. They need to renovate their rooms and SPECIAL THE BATHROOMS!! They must add some more things on the breakfast it is a MUST, we saw people leaving the hotel frustrated because of the breakfast. The only good thing was that is situated on a great area (this is their main point and which keeps them “alive”). They ask for too much for what they offer. So please guys, try your best and take in consideration my comment because you may start your customers. Definitely, we won’t go back there in case we will visit Antalya again!
