despite being full board staff were always trying to charge for everything, pool isn’t heated and was absolutely freezing despite 29 degrees outside, cabanas by the pool were nice. Breakfast drink options poor, breakfast was ‘ok’
Drinks at the bar are over twice the price of local bars £7.60 for a large bottle of Efes Beer.
I witnessed reception staff being rude to others but personal experience of them was ok.
Photos are very flattering of this location.
We have stayed previously at the Falcon Hotel nearby and while it is more expensive than the Qinn (and all inclusive) it is very much worth it considering it’s only a few beers difference.

Stayed at the Qinn having dental treatment. The staff were so lovely and couldnt do enough for me. Om reception Emre was brilliant he knew how much pain i was in and got me food no matter what time that helped with my mouth and being able to eat

We're suppose to have a premium twin, but we were given a triple downgrade due to no space left in hotel. Hotel pool area never seemed overly full so unsure why this was the case as we paid for upgraded room. Male staff with silver hair had a disliking to British men and it was brought up several times at pool area by other customers. Couple of nice staff members. But majority didn't care to go extra mile. Twice I went down to RA club to check it out but was checked out as was always a Turkish party? Even though it's apart of hotel. I would maybe come back to hotel as pool area was good. A lot of nice guests at hotel which made up for poor customer service.

The staff are all really friendly. Due to the bad weather, I had to stay in the lounge from early evening to bus time, but they were willing to take care of me and kindly responded to any questions. The wifi in the room works smoothly, and the hot water in the bathroom works well. The amenities are well equipped and the breakfast is okay :)! The location is a bit far from major tourist attractions, but traffic is smooth, so there was no major inconvenience, and the mart is also located close by! There is also a complex shopping mall called Terracity, where Zara, Watsons, and Miniso are located 15 minutes away, so it was convenient to buy items you need in a hurry😃

My partner and I booked a 4 night stay at the Qinn Hotel in Antalya as it looked really good and had 4*. The Wizz Air flight was a complete nightmare!! I was at the back of plane and my partner at the front. When we took off the stewardess came and told me that there was a spare seat next to my partner....wish to God that i hadn't moved. There were about or 4 families (eastern European) who had about 9 children under the age of 2 with them. they had no control over them and upset myself and other by letting them run riot in the isles, crawling, screaming, shouting, crying and the adults kept changing seats and ignored their kids! It was like the plane was only theirs and they had no respect. Although I do think that the Stewards/esses should have said something to them!! We had 4 hrs of this and it was an early flight so we had been up since 3.30am.The shuttle taxi we booked, was great and although the guy was a little late we were happy to be cool in the air conditioned inside which also had a bar!. Got to the Hotel. Our room which was meant to be a SUPERIOR TRIPLE ROOM, was a corner room which had no draws, the fridge was broken (which they did change as I needed to put meds in there), the main large shower head was wonky and the little separate ones head kept popping off and squirting everywhere and the flush panel kept falling into the toilet when flushed! Breakfast was okay, but you had to pay extra if you wanted your bread toasted, or if you wanted an orange juice as there was no juice only cooked vegetables, bean soup, processed cold meat and cheese, bread, fruit, yoghurt. The fruit and omelette which was made with various ingredients that you could choose from were the best things. The Reception staff were not very helpful at all when we asked for a map or info on places to go in the area and especially when we needed help to print our return boarding cards and said they couldn't help us and that we should get in touch with airline but didn't offer to call the airport for us, then just ignored us and served the next customer! They did lend us their Manager's laptop but it was all in Turkish and they didn't help. This actually took us 2 hours and eventually managed to get a friend in the UK to do it on our behalf and send them through on WhatsApp. (This was through Sun Express) Most of the staff apart from 1 or 2 spoke none or very little English! (which I was surprised at) The food was okay. Wouldn't go back again.

Myself and my mum spent 10 Nights at this hotel. We stayed in the Deluxe Tripple sea view room and the room was huge with a stunning sea view ! The bathroom was very clean and big. We really enjoyed the coziness of this hotel. Housekeeping were amazing always extra towels waters and toilet roll was given. The rooms were cleaned daily, the check in was smooth and easy. The restraunt was nice. The pool area is good and clean. There is a beach with lots of steps going down to the deck, it was ok only went the once due to the many steps.
Location is 10/10 there’s loads of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket, hair and beauty Salon, Hamams, you name it it’s minutes away by foot. There’s a great park down the road with the best views of the sea. Old town is a 15/20 min taxi ride. Huge thanks to Sadar and emar at the front desk that made our stay extra special.
I heard the other rooms are very small we would definitely stay in the same room again makes a huge difference. If you want a small cozy homely vibe this is the place to book. We came back refreshed and well rested. Throughly enjoyed the Qinn hotel

Qinn hotel I recently stayed at Qinn Hotel in Antalya, and I was very pleased with my experience. Terrible hotel. I’ve been to a lot of hotels and Qinn in Antalya is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The rooms smell smoke, you can’t sleep due to the night club in the basement which plays music until 4.30 am and the staff is not interested in helping you as a customer. Would not recommend anyone going here.

Dogs and cats are in the lobby and in the restaurant. The staff is very unfriendly. No German TV, only for an additional charge. Breakfast from 8-10 is more than questionable.
