This hotel is only 3 blocks from the zocola so near but the noise was far. This is an old colonial hotel. I was stressed In The beginning there were no exterior windows but the thick stone walls kept it cool. The color and decoration were also my mind's eye of a Mexican hotel. This is not a fancy hotel...

We stayed on the bottom floor, in one of the "salas." There is no heat, and the noise from (a) children screaming (b) dogs barking and (c) early serving of breakfast felt never ending. The website represents that there are hair dryers, WIFI and all other necessities in the room. The hair dryers are available "upon request." I requested one...

I stayed at the Meson de San Sebastian while attending a conference in Puebla. The hotel is very conveniently located just a few blocks from the zocalo (downtown plaza) which means that there are a ton of attractions, stores and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is small and intimate and the common áreas are very nicely maintained. Guests get...

The Mesón San Sebastián is in a wonderful colonial-era historical building, in a quiet street, half block from Puebla's Zócalo. Each room is decorated differently, using beautiful antique furniture, giving a very cool mix of hipster and colonial atmosphere. There is a beautiful patio with plants and a small fountain... nice place to chill out after a day walking. The...

I have been traveling in Mexico and living in Mexico for the last 5years. It had to happen at some point. I have had excellent luck staying in 3 star hotels, but this place sucks! Had to change rooms due to fleas or something making me itch like crazy. NO TOILET PAPER in new room. No ventilation or fan. Nice...

We chose this hotel because of the traditional Spanish style of the building, which has courtyards and cute salons with beautiful paintings and mosaic tile work. Not to mention, the location is ideal... just a short walk away from the Zocalo. There is a restaurant as well as a bar, which is convenient, but I didn't eat at either so...

The hotel is a mansion built 400 years ago and the rooms are around the courtyard. Excellent location, right in the heart of the city. My room was big, with tall ceilings and authentic décor. It was a total immersion in Mexican life and culture. The hotel is in the heart of the city, with many museums and the city...

This hotel has a lot of potential, it is situated in an old colonial house with a pretty patio close to the center of Puebla. They tried to give it "antique" look, but it rather feels OLD and used. My room was huge and probably should have made me feel like a princess, instead it felt uncomfortable, cold almost scary....

The hotel seemed to be staffed by one guy on the front desk who spoke no English, in spite of a sign in Reception to the contrary. Our bedroom was spacious and rather grand in a 'faded elegance' way. The 1920s original bedroom furniture was all locked. One bedside light couldn't reach the distant socket. No hairdryer and an empty...
