Hostel is in great location, is in down town, near to most of the attractions. The 10 bed mixed dorm is clean, attached with toilet & bathroom. The kitchen is clean & allow guest to use it. Signal free wifi is good, can surt in the room too. The staff are very friendly & can speak in English.

I stayed 2 nights here from 16-17 Apr 2015. The location was excellent, near to most of the attractions and right in the downtown historic center. The staff were all friendly, able to speak English and provide you all the info. you need. The room was clean and roomy. The 10 bed dorm comes with bathroom attached which is very... More

We stayed here at last minute due to it being Easter weekend and it was the only place with a private room. For the price you pay you really don't get much. Not even a hello or a welcome from the reception staff! Didn't seem to want to help with anything. Pretty poor by any standard, when the internet didn't... More

We stayed here as a well located, recommended and clean hostel in Puebla all of which it is. However, on our unfortunate night, they decided to go at the sewage system in the courtyard right outside our doors (which lead onto the courtyard) at 12-2am in the morning. The noise was too loud even for heavy sleepers (I am a... More

Casona Poblana is located right in the city center; the staff are very friendly, it has a lovely patio and free wifi, the room was really nice too. Unfortunately our room didn´t have a window, so it got pretty hot inside and the air wasn´t very good in the room - on the other hand, there was no noise from... More

The location and the usually friendly staff are the only upside to this hostel. We had a private room upstairs and found the hostel unbearably noisy from 6.30 or 7 in the morning, when presumably people are leaving for their tours and the staff are arriving, until about 1am at night when the music was turned off and people finally... This place is good. Excellent location, clean, staff is nice. Don't expect much from the breakfast - the fact that it is included is not really an added value (plain bread, jam, instant coffee and tea). You're better off finding a local place to eat around there. Unless you are an early bird, ask for a room that doesn't give... More

Our intention, my partner and I, was to stay in the city for only two nights. We absolutely loved the building, if you go to the roof top you'll get an amazing view of almost all the old buildings and churches, it is breathtaking! The staff is friendly and helpful. You will be right in the middle of Old Town... More

I spent two nights at this place and wish I hadn't. The mattress in my private room was rock hard, in fact I'm surprised I didn't wake up all bruised in the morning. The courtyard is the source of loud music in the evening and loud talking all day long. This is compounded by street noise 24/7. When I had... More

This lovely old building has been converted into a great hostel right in the centre of Puebla. Our twin room was clean and comfortable with high ceilings and lots of light. We felt perfectly safe and the staff were very helpful. It was quiet, despite it being a Saturday night.
