Very unprofessional employees. Nothing is inclusive. You have to wait at least one hour for any of the 3 restaraunts. You are better off going somewhere else. The pool area is cheap looking. Beach access is off limits to swim in. Terrible setup. 06-10-2021
We came with a group of friends and all of our kids. The kids had an absolutely amazing time jumping from one pool to the next (a total of 3 pools they loved). The hotel is situated on a beautiful part of the beach where the surf break is easy to see- so the guys in the group could scope out the best time of the day to hit the water. The waves were amazing during our trip and it was incredible to be able to walk to the surf break while the rest of the family continued playing at the pool. Being able to have the freedom for each family to take nap breaks up at the room and then come back and join the group was priceless. The location and ease of flexibility of this hotel made it one of our favorite vacations we have taken together. We look forward to returning!!!
Arnulfo, Eduardo Acosta, Hugo Villanueva These are the people that made my experience. Friendly and super serviceable Very accommodating . Great Hotel over all and super clean . The best trip I’ve had
Hotel was nice very up to date with Covid The workers really work their butt off because of being so short staff. Food is really good for being a all inclusive Drinks are hit or miss. Could be a 4/5 stars easy with more upgrades and staff. Only way to get a reservation at the Hibachi grill is to buy a $65 lobster or bottle of wine. Only a handful of spots open Just everything is worn but clean Better shampoo and body was would be a plus.
We had an amazing family vacation at the Krystal Grand Reflect Los Cabos. As you walk through the lobby, the beautifully landscaped grounds unfold before you. Beyond that, the sea and sky join to provide a stunning backdrop for the sparkling infinite pool. Our primary mission on this trip was RELAXATION, but the entertainment staff provided many opportunities for fun activities. We found our room comfortable and clean, in fact the entire property adheres to very rigorous sanitation practices. We felt safe at all times. By far the best part of our stay was the exceptional customer service and hospitality we received. The bellmen, front desk staff, bartenders and waitstaff were all very friendly. In particular, at Ayami, Donald was an awesome hibachi chef and highly entertaining, and Orlando’s sushi artistry was second to none. Try the Orlando roll. You won’t be disappointed. Reservations are required for the teppanyaki meal but not for sushi. We also really enjoyed the huge Mexican buffet held in the courtyard one evening. So fun and delicious. We did not get the opportunity to dine at the Italian restaurant, so I have no review for it. The O buffet was adequate and we found the coffee shop a delightful little spot. Pool side snacks from Surfos were pretty tastey, also. Additionally, the management of the resort is always on hand to address guests’ concerns and visit with the guests. We had a slight glitch with our rooms, and Jose Saba addressed our concerns immediately and completely. He stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and were satisfied with our visit. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Mr. Saba and all the staff. In conclusion, we really enjoyed our stay at the Krystal Grand and didn’t want to leave! We look forward to visiting again in the future.…
