When my wife and I arrived to the Marquis Los Cabo Resort, the receptionist Fernanda offered us the option to upgrade to an oceanfront casita for an extra $200/night, which we accepted. We had a short stay at Marquis but it was awesome. One of the most relaxing resorts my wife and I have stayed at. The room, food, pools, and fitness room are all outstanding. We will definitely be coming back.
