I hate giving this property only four stars, as the condo complex deserves five stars for its cleanliness, pools, views, staff, and spacious rooms. But having the beautiful beach just steps away, and not being able to go into the water because of the unsafe surf, kind of defeats the purpose of staying in an ocean-front property. They post a... This is an upscale, indivdually owned, condominium complex. The pool areas are great, with ice machines, refrigerators, and electrical outlets. The pools were a little on the cold side, but not bad enough to complain about. The condo we stayed in was great, with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and a terrific artsy decor. What sets this complex apart... More

Stayed in 3305 at Las Mananitas and loved the accommodations and the view was excellent. Enjoyed every meal relaxing on the balcony which is huge. I loved how quiet and relaxing it was. They just got new pool furniture that really adds an upscale feel. I enjoyed watching the horses running up and down the beach. Loved running on the... More

My husband and I just returned from spending one week at Las Mananitas. This was our fifth trip to Cabo, but the first time staying at a condo. Previously we have stayed at some of the most highly regarded/rated resorts in the area and I was concerned about how we would enjoy Las Mananitas. Well, it was lovely and there... More

We had a group of 11 who traveled during Thanksgiving to celebrate a birthday for a week. We were able to stay in two units of Las Mananitas, one 3 bedroom & one 2 bedroom. Both units had all the comforts of home, were well cared for and in a great location. This is not the place to stay if... More

This is our 3rd time staying at the Las Mananitas. It is so quiet in the summer..... you have the whole place pretty much to yourself. The 2200 sq ft ~ 2 bedroom~ 2 bathroom suite boasts a huge Plasma TV with the best selection of Channels ~ A Modern kitchen with all stainless steal appliances. There's a King size... More

First of all, if you are looking for all-inclusive, this is not the place for you, as there is no restaurant or bar service on the premises. We have stayed at many places throughout Mexico, but none of them have been as beautiful as Las Mananitas. We stayed in a 3-bedroom (3503) that had incredible views from every room.....miss it... We recently stayed at Las Mananitas room 107 which was located on the ground floor. We were traveling with our three teens and one extra. We had plenty of room in this condo. Condo was very nice, three bedrooms. Beds alittle hard but not so bad you couldn't sleep. Upon arrival at condo we had beer and pop in fridge... More

I stayed at Las Mananitas with a group of friends in August 2009, and it was fantastic. Because it was the low season we had the place almost all to ourselves. The condo was beautiful and was in great condition. We rented through a private owner and not through the management company, but the staff at the front desk and... More
